A typical day at Instaloans was highly organized, helping new customers get the best loan available to them. Putting together new customer files, and up keep of current/old customer files. Reminder calls of loans due as well as loans past due were given three times a day or until customer was contacted. Typical store upkeep was a requirement for all employees. Updates to the regional manager were required mid-day as well as at close of our net income as well as end month reports of all loan transactions and successfully completing end month paperwork. 
I learned a great deal at Instaloans. Not on great customer service skills, but as well as accounting skills and conducting staff meetings. I learned organization as well as basic accounting skills of keeping track of store income, as well as upkeep. 
Management was always very helpful, strict when needed but also very supportive and knew how to motivate their employees.

The hardest part of the job was turning people away if they truly needed the money but did not have the right information or any income to provide. 
The most enjoyable part of the job was the people that I had the opportunity to work with. Everyone had the same idea to help each other as well as every customer that walked through our doors.

I started at the cash store as a customer service representative and worked my way up to manager within 5 months. A typical day was working closely with clients to find out their financial needs. I also maintained all paperwork, verified clients and workplaces and references. I approved or declined all applicants and handled all cash within the store as far as filling interact machine and doing all the banking. I managed a staff of 3-5 people and was responsible for hiring, firing, training and also did payroll for my store and helped other stores with their payroll from time to time. The hardest part of the job was the long hours and the most enjoyable part was the incentives and bonuses.

If it weren't for the Company being bought out and my store was shut Down I would probably still be there. I loved that job there was nothing in comparison the Customer Service the Phone calls all of them the Collection ones the Sales ones. All of them. 

The team was amazing, the boss was excellent the amount of team work and honesty and trustworthy staff. The training was always on going with is amazing because it was a nice fresh reminder of how what we do and how the company works and seeing the company Thrive when it did in the different communities.

when the business was still open a typical day was very busy, customers coming and going, a lot money transactions and calling to collect on pass due accounts. While I worked here I learned how to be firm with clients while still providing excellent customer service. I got a long with my upper management, there was always am open door policy. The hardest pat of the job was collecting money from client that where in financial need. I loved being able to help people who needed short term help financially.

answering phones making phone calls, greeting every costumer while handling money transfers around the world. I learned how to answer phones properly. Management was helpful and very patent while teaching me. some hours were very slow with little to no customers while others were very fast and a little hectic. The hardest part of the job was when everyone would come in at the same time. The most enjoyable part of the job was helping families around the world.

Be prepared for customers constantly being rude to you, managers expecting unattainable numbers, rapid change in the industry, and constantly working outside of government restrictions.
Co-workers were usually nice but gossip runs rampant through all branches.
Hardest part of the job is not having proper support from head office and regional management.
Some customers are extremely grateful for the service and do a great job of making you feel appreciated.

A typical day working at Instaloans was never a dull moment. Always doing something. Working in this environment helped me build patience, understanding, customer service, and dealing with being under pressure. The hardest part of the job was collection money that was owed from customers. Also of customers were different dealing with and you just had to know what attitude to have to cope with them.

good place to get your foot in the door. entry level positions are available and training is provided. wages at entry level positions are good, but not so great at management level. payday loan places are open later, so expect to be working some afternoons and saturday, but hardly ever overtime. management was awesome to work for. would have stayed longer if management wage was more realistic.

It is difficult to review a company that no longer exists. I generally enjoyed my job. I was not impressed with the pay as the company went into bankruptcy protection in my third month. This meant that I spent over a year on starting wage while performing Assistant Manager duties. I do, however, appreciate the experience gained.

The most enjoyable part was working with my coworkers and interacting with clients on a daily basis. I had multiple daily duties including cash counts, out going calls, assisting with financial assistance and keeping the branch clean.
