Normal work week is 6 - 7 days per week with no compensation. No respect for employees and constant checking and psychological harassment. You do not get to choose your vacation dates, they tell you when you take them and only the days that benefit them. Expect to work during  holidays and constant change of shifts.

1. You know the start hour, not the hour when you finish the day;
2. The supervisors are so impolite;
3. Very tricky payrolls;
4. No week Ends, sick days;
5. A lot of required formations;
6. Very strict security rules;

its a challenge outside cable jobe, dangerous sometimes because you always have a surprise and also have climbed to install some device on their PMD. we had a contract with Videotron.

start working at 7am you might finish at 9pm, during moving season minimum 12 hrs  per day could be more, jobs keep adding even after finishing your daily list of jobs. Minimum support from supervisors but will get very mad in case of mistake or jobs not finished.

During the summer these alot money to make the rest of the year is not enough to pay ur  bills. But learn alot and they give formation to help you!!!!

Quality of progress, respect and team work. Where salary can meet hard work positively, things are greatly define and everyones are really working for a solution if need.
