I have been with Integracare for almost three years now (office). The workplace at Integracare offers a dynamic environment filled with challenges and opportunities for growth. With the supportive team and a focus on diversity, it fosters a culture of inclusion and collaboration. While the  pace can be demanding, those who excel in such an environment will find it rewarding. Providing excellent service leads to tangible impacts on clients' lives, making the hard work worthwhile. Overall, Integracare offers a fulfilling experience for those who are dedicated, reliable, and eager to make a difference.

Management is always friendly and approachable, they support you with everything. I felt comfortable letting them know what my limitations are regarding my skills and they would help me work around them or improve them if I desired. They provide support 24/7 which is great after business hours if there are any issues, especially with a client. They acknowledge when you are doing a good job and will discuss with you if there are any areas of struggle and help you improve instead of giving you a slap on the wrist. It is overall a great team to work with.

Worse place to work at- no support, no care for their clients or staff. Team and management is the worst. No work-life balance they expect u to work off hours, check emails and phone after work hours for a very low pay. High turnover, the ones that are still there at incomptent and have no other experience. 

no opportunity to grow. no part of the job is enjoyable its so bad. they don't treat staff like human, very fake. 

Take over from the out-going staff, read the report, familiarize yourself with the client and administer all necessary medications. The hardest part is when the report is not informative, and when you have to attend to so many clients especially in nursing homes or retirement homes.
The management is good and very equipped.
The most enjoyable part of the job is looking forward to the challenges of everyday and know that your various clients are expecting you.

I am a newly RPN graduate working as a PSW right now while I study for my exam and I am just very grateful to be working at INTEGRAcare. The care managers are amazing who goes above and beyond for their clients and I just want to emphasize on how much the care managers care about the employees as they are very understanding to one's situation and schedule. From my first day training to meeting other staff that works in the company, I seriously couldn't have asked for a better company to get my first experiences as a newly grad. 

With my own experience working to this company , since I started working with them they always make me feel as one of the family , they make you fell that you’re well taking good care off . They always give you work with your abilities that you’re submitted  from the start of hiring . It’s a very great honour to work on this company , the staff and the owner of this company are all great . It’s a great place to work .

Applied as a caregiver to gain experience while studying for nursing. Good working experience and flexibility with time. They not only care about their client but also their employees.  The management and staff at office is pretty awesome and make your working experience effective. I am absolutely enjoying working for this organization and would recommend this organization to anyone.

I worked with the company for 7 years and i had a wonderful experience with the coordinators and managers. They are always there to provide support when you need it, they accomodate your availability and always follow up if everything is working well with you and your clients. I had to leave because there weren't that much RPN shift offers anymore, but overall they are nice group of people to work with.

I thoroughly enjoy working for Integracare. 
Integracare encourages it's employees to grow and gain knowledge and experience by providing educational programs. Integracare cares about people and it's employees, and has been voted the best workplace. I highly recommend working for Integracare. 

I really loved working at Integracare! I've been there for over 2 years and loved the team I worked with in the office. Very supportive management team. The workplace culture is also excellent. It is  fast pace work environment but there I had a lot of help along the way.
