Management is completely unsupportive of employees
Underpaid you’ll be bring home around minimum wage, the company never updated the pay structure after the minimum wage increase.
No chance for a raise or advancedment.
You can be stuck waiting on hours for appointments with out being paid to wait.
Management treats employees like salves.
If you question management you’ll be paying for it until they change targets.
Unstable pay, again under paid.
Since last year over half the staff has quit because the horrible pay and management drama.

I worked for ims for a long time the work it self is ok but the horrible pay and horrible management is why I had to leave and it’s why most employees leave after 6 Months, it’s a waste f time and lost income

This job is all about numbers. If your performance is anything less than 100% be prepared to be reprimanded by your supervisor. While the work itself is easy and enjoyable, the hours are very long (12-13 hour days sometimes) and the pay is piecework. You could spend 3 hours on 1 job and be paid less for a job that takes 30 minutes. There is no room for advancement, no raises. This job is good for the young person with no family. On the plus side, training is good and coworkers are always helpful. Unfortunately it's a revolving door at this company. My advice to management is to pay an hourly rate and to keep hours to a maximum of 40 per week with the option of overtime.

Was a positive work environment , sometimes long hours however makes up when you receive your paycheck , very helpful staff as well as fellow employees.  Pleasant work experience . Everyday a different experience never the same day twice , overall was a great experience working with IMS.

Great training and always had support from others and management when I needed help. Schedule at the time was also great. Get out what you put in. Work vehicle to take home. 

I loved the years I spent at IMS and the people I worked with where like family. I cannot recommend this company enough to people.  My bosses where fair, hard working people who understood what their employees needed to fulfill expectations of them.

Good job that connects you to the people. 5 days off every three weeks is a bonus. Some days are stressful but overall great. Provides training. Tools and take home car available with good benefits. 

Pros: Paid training. Work in small teams at your own pace. 

Cons : A lot of potential to spend 2 -3 hours of commuting to other cities with little notice. Apathetic Management. No advancement opportunities.

What you are told in the interview isn't what happens in the rest of the job. You get punished for being helpful and taken advantage of. Low amount of caring for techs.

For the entrepreneurially minded. This is an organization which offers an unlimited amount of overtime hours because the demand for cable is extensive.

Good place to work, give you car to take home  but hours are long some days but you get to meet some good people and learn alot on the way as well. Great people
