Integrated Solutions is a growing company that provides opportunities at all stages of growth and development.  There is structure where Management works with employees as they are onboarded and provide them the necessary tools to do their work.

Training is provided and closely followed by the Management team where feedback is given and evaluated throughout the process.

The work culture is something that most companies must strive for and this is where I.S. shines.  There is weekly Spirit days on Friday where employees dress up on themes they have selected/voted.  Employees then vote for the best picture submitted to win a weekly monetary gift card prize.  

Integrated Solutions helps out in the community by providing monetary donations selected by the employees as well as the Owners.  Some examples are "YES Shelter for Youth"; "Sage & Sunshine School" in Peterborough to name a few.

Health and Safety is always first and Management/Owners ensure that all employees are safe and follow all government mandates.  

This workplace is absolutely the best place to work. I have learned so many new things, from working as a team to learning new software. The management team & staff are amazing, & they are always there to help you succeed. I started with this company from the beginning and have had the pleasure in seeing this company grow into what it is today. There are a lot of us that have been here for a long time and that is because the management value all their employees and treat us all with respect. It is not just all work, we have a lot of laughs as well. We do spirt days on Fridays and every year we have always had a Christmas party. Even when Covid was happening the management still managed to make Christmas special for us all. I could go on and on about Integrated Solutions, but let me just conclude in saying, that there is always room for advancement. If you like working in a fun but fast paced company then Integrated Solutions is the place to work. 

I have been working at Integrated Solutions as an employee (as opposed to a contractor) for several years and can say without a doubt that the ownership group and management team are the best of any company I have worked for. 

The culture and atmosphere are second to none and I would consider this to be my career, not just a job. I actually like coming to work and feel valued as both an employee as well as a person. 

Although we work in a fast-paced industry, which can cause a stressful work environment, the ownership group prioritizes a work-life balance for all its employees and ensures that the Integrated Solutions family is taken care of instead of taken advantage of.

As an employee it is an amazing company to work for. You are mostly working alone, which gives you lots of freedom.

Management is very supportive and has a massive amount of experience in the field themselves. You can tell the company was founded by people who actually did the job.

I have worked for Integrated for over a year and through the pandemic. It is a very close knit company yet "I" have not met anyone in person! I personally have struggled with the pandemic and the changes with the world. Integrated supported assisted and grew over this time. 
I love what I do and look forward to years of sales to come !!

You will get paid by pice rate. If work hard get more.  I like this job .  Mangers and technician on ring Central.  Share all information about skills ,safety . You can ask all questions on ring Central all the time  for solving problems.  

Working as a technician isn't as complicated as it sounds. Working in customer homes can be difficult sometimes, but the work itself isn't too bad, and support staff is very helpful.
