When I first arrived they seemed like every other agency, confusing the interview times and constantly forgetting to mention much needed details in the itineraries they rarely sent me. They gave me one interview for a permanent position and for the rest of the weeks I worked for them they jerked me around at job sites where there was too many people posted, leaving me useless.

What is the best part of working at the company?
The variety of employment. Access to jobs that I would never get on my own. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Not always working! But that's understood. Its flexible.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
 Everyone I have met and worked with is friendly. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Variety of locations with supportive, helpful and friendly contacts.

Wake up, go to work, go home, go to bed, rinse, repeat.
Just another cog in the machine, just another number on a piece of paper. You need money, they need workers. Not that complicated.

They can't control who their customers are, they are just trying to do their jobs as well.

Some of their clients are evil -  again, not their fault, they have bills to pay too.

Unique experiences great managers and awsome coworkers

Never knowing when you’ll have work

Depends on the site can vary from place to place

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Depends on where your sent could be doing anything

I was only with Integrated for a short three months but I truly loved the people I worked with. In terms of my position, I feel that the industry just wasn't for me as the work/life balance was non-existent. I have nothing bad to say about the company or the people I worked with but no have a better sense of where I want to go and what I see myself doing in the future.

Integrated Staffing is a great resource for every type of person looking for work. They were very welcoming and will do everything they can to get you out to work as soon as possible. They have been very professional during the entire process and are great at giving me the job details.

Well-led, friendly place to work. As it's a growing organization, there are some holes in the framework that can pose a problem, but since everyone is pulling in the same direction and genuinely wants you and the organization to succeed it's a minor problem. First place I've ever worked where there are no jerks! 



I worked for 10 diffrent crews through advantage. Had lots of good times learned tricks in diffrent trades. Payed my bills.  Ive seen family and freinds hired on through Advantage. And end up superior after long enough of dedication. Climbing the ladder.

I have had really good luck working with Integrated Staffing in Moncton. They are able to work around my schedule and the jobs are things I know how to do and I enjoy them. I like to learn new things.

They are an amazing staff. the people are amazing. I ENJOY WORKING WITH THEM.
Unfortunately it is just casual job.
Because I have to look for something else every othe time that I don't work with them
