The work day starts at seven a.m. At this point, I look over the production schedule on Shoptalk for my machine.  I use that to get a clear idea of what work needs to be done for day and in what order. I then plan out what needs to be setup and run first. I try to stay a week and ahead on my programming list. I then check the job running on my machine and make sure it meets all required specifications using various gauges and measuring tools. Once complete I tear down and setup and run the next job; i continue to program my list and keep the machine moving throughout the shift.
I learn everyday and always try to improve process and program strategies.
Management is thorough and always involved throughout machining process to ensure efficiency.
There is a positive family-like work culture at Integrity where you feel part of the team.
The most difficult part of the job is the long hours.
The most enjoyable part of the job is the possibility of advancement, the bonus, and profit sharing.

Single owner. Very smart and passionate about his work and his success. He is quiet humble and most appreciative. Cares about his employees and treats them like family. I was a truck driver there and unfortunately due to the passing of a family member it wasn’t suitable for me as I am not a machinist by any means. The owner and the company was very comforting and caring during that time. Really gave you a sense of family.  There is room for advancement and new opportunities if you have willingness and desire. Fantastic place with good medical benefits and pension. Broke my heart to leave as I wanted to retire there. If it was a different time or reason I would certainly go back. Well maintained equipment with a state of the art technology. Success is solely controlled on your willingness. As a truck driver your day can start a various times. Lots of overtime. At time you could be away for more then a day. I really didn’t mind. But life changed unfortunately. 

Working the weekend shift as a 5-Axis machinist, cutting Engineering changes, Updates, and Repairs, my position is high-paced, high-priority work. The difficult part is determining what the highest priority is, because the sheer volume of jobs can be overwhelming. If you work hard and don't need your hand held, you will do well. Their internal points-based bonus system is designed to reward team members who go above and beyond. The management is always asking for new ideas and feedback, but few are implemented. The company events during the year are pretty good. Pay and benefits are good. Weekend shift has a shift premium that cannot be beat. I recommend working here; it is sometimes tough but rewarding. Be ready to work. 

Prepared CNC/EDM machines for production. Plated carbon blocks for machines to cut. Set carbide cutting tools with precision. Loaded machines with materials needed. Took care of machines ex. take old oil out and filled with new, wiped down the outer machine for cleanliness, cleaned outer vents.
I've learned many things from overhead crane, forklift, WHIMS. All in-house trained.
Management were very reliable and ready to help with any need.
Co-workers could have had better attitudes.
Hardest part of the job was making sure the programs are correctly cutting the right blocks.
Overall it was a very fun job. Always on the go with steady work.

I worked here just under 4 years Total where I worked in various departments.I thought the grass was greener on the other side of the fence...turns out it want one bit and I miss integrity but once you leave you can rarely ever get back in. Great group of people here to work with. Leaders were all understanding and friendly people. The owner of this company is caring and generous. Golf tournament every year. Christmas party was unbelievable.all in all a great environment to work.

Fair company to work for. 
Management flies a little bit from the seat of their pants.

Originally, I only wrote the above two lines and then went to the Pro/Cons section. I was presented with an error for the review section because it was too short.

I have been working at various companies in my career for over the last 25 years in the plastic injection mold industry or related firms. I must say that Integrity Tool and Mold was a very good company to work for and I could not think of bad thing to say about them in the CONS section at this time.

Local, short/long haul Driver:
As a tractor trailer driver your load details are  text to you the night before. 
All paperwork is in secure box that only drivers can access. 
You review your documents and load trailer via crane or forklift.  Plan your drops and pick-ups  accordingly. 

Average shift 12-14hrs Monday-Friday. Weekend are available.

Most enjoyable part of job is newer equipment, freedom to do your job and friendly co-workers. 

Cons : No set work schedule and nights spent in truck for H.O.S reset. 




Hired for a weekend shift position they were starting. When I started I was told to go on Day shift for a month. After a few weeks they told me they do not actually have a weekend shift in that department so I will be on swing shift. When I complained and said they were not doing what they hired me for they called me into a meeting and fired me. I left a great job doing CNC to go here, to be left unemployed in the end. I have never been let go from any job before in my life. I would not recommend anyone waste their time here.

At integrity, you are completely replaceable and dont think for a second youre not, lost job due to covid along with many others. learned quickly the mold industry is no longer the trade to be in these days! If you are young turn away from the field and the fast unorganized pace of integrity. Salary was decent but be prepared to work no less then 50 hours a week with on edge people trying to keep up.  

The people who work here are great.  The management is great too.

Dealing with purchasing and receiving departments, it was necessary for me to assist the purchasing department in preparing purchasing orders, request and review quotes.  Prepared cost analysis spreadsheets.  Ordered components for the tool and mold industries and MOE supplies
