It's very good place to work with great salary and benefit.  Company is generous and treat you with importance and flexibility.  Company got different many benefits, free snacks and drinks, great events, team events and lunch almost once to twice a month.  If you are employee, then you get even more like training and others.  

People in my team are really nice people but also competitive and smart with high demand on you but if you like the work, you can adapt it.

The only thing you say is that company demands you to have a very high performance and productivity which I think it is reasonable and to be a smart, initiative and something stay behind to work on stuff or WFH to catch up work.  But this office (at least most of the Intel office), as I can say, work hard, play hard.

As a CAD engineer, i get to learn a lot about how to setup systems that enable verification and help designers in the process of simulating circuit behaviour. I have learned a lot on how to interact with different people and understood the manner in which they work towards the acccomplishment of day-to-day tasks. I have had the opportunity to attend technical seminars and understand a lot about the way Intel goes about designing devices for everyday use. My co-workers are very co-operative and helpful. 

The hardest part of the job is ramping up on new information as process tech nodes and the manufacturing techniques change at a very rapid pace.

The most enjoyable part of the job is the challenge it offers one as a result of working at such advanced tech nodes.

Responsible in identifying and researching component failures to improve product yield, quality and reliability on Wireless product (WiMAX)

Evaluate the electrical and mechanical characteristics of integrated circuits, component, sub-component and system to determine the root cause of failure.
Work closely with development and design team to find the root cause of the failure that generate from the ATE tester.

Knowledge in using standard electronics test equipment such as digital/analog logic analyzer, Parametric Analyser, IREM, TDR, (Micro/Pico) probing tools-Ray, IMS Vanguard, (TSAM/CSAM), board level failure analysis and generation of Test Plan to enable IMS tester validation from ATE tester platform.

There's always smarter people and smarter teams, so you can go up the career ladder until you can no more. I don't feel like I would get bored anytime soon with all the interesting projects going on. The culture is relaxed and efficient. There's stress, but in good quantities at the right times. There's enough resources to meet deadlines without burning out teams. This, in return, gives them enough energy and time to continuously improve theirs workflows and make use of the latest DevOps technologies. 

It has been interested to my career and personal life there, and a lifetime landmark for me.

mostly you worked 8 ~ 12 hours for moderate work performance, and  you should keep up working on the technical development and building relationship over the office politics.

I learned a lot of process development, technical area, and validation methodology.

The management is various, and it is hard to write down in a paragraph. 

It was hard to work with someone who does not listen to peer, and does not show the respect. Worse case, the management can not handle it.

Having Sabbatical is awesome. Sometimes, people does not come back. It's sad.

i have work for intel for 10 years and a lot of thing happen to my life.there i started as a bake operator until i bacame sa process tech before it was closed.i have learned many things form being an operator to a technician..equipment training before hands on and how to operate the equipment,also knows different process flows of different memories that we are producing,training on assembly and test process were also encountered.
 on the 10 year experience that i have i met my wife and some very close friends which until now is in contact with us.taht is why intel is called a great place to work.

Great place to work until my group wasn't making money and eventually shut down during the pandemic. I also had to frequently deal with office politics. However, some orgs are better than others, and Intel generally has a good work culture. For me, the only downsides are that our holiday parties are pretty small, and we don't regularly get free lunches unlike at other Bay Area tech companies.

Intel may not be quite as prestigious as it was 30 years ago, but it's overall still a great company in my opinion. Some people actually seemed more impressed that I worked at Intel than when I was at Amazon.

Pay and Benefits are very good.

They have too many forms of communication, lack of standardization. Which is not good for manufacturing plant.

You have to be able to multitask, stressful, lots of finger pointing when something goes wrong, lack of accountability, among all groups.

you can be working 24 hours a day depending on where you are.

Been there for 4 years. It has the characteristics of what the international mature huge company would have. 
Everything should be done by the definitions of regulations.  But if you are exceptional , you will get the chance to show and get promotion. 
Meanwhile, you can also just do your job and earn the stable salary, which is in a moderate level.
