I have been with Intellijoint Surgical for 3 years now. I have really enjoyed my time at IJS and I am happy I chose to start my career here. The company overall is very supportive of their employees both from a career advancement standpoint and from an employee wellbeing standpoint. The openness and support the executive team and CEO have really keep the whole team engaged and passionate about the success of IJS. The team overall are very friendly and welcoming which was amazing during my first few weeks as a new member. 

I have now been with Intellijoint for 3 months. From the beginning, I had a positive experience from the interview to onboarding and training. Intellijoint has an excellent culture and amazing people. Executive team is approachable, appreciative and thoughtful in all aspects. Their values really are apparent in how the company is run. I enjoy my job and feel supported in my role and part of an excellent team.

I wish I could recommend Intellijoint Surgical. I was really excited to start and learned a lot while I was there. The people are amazing and there was lots of opportunity for growth. Unfortunately the founders had a little too much pride in never having to rely on external funding, which lead to mass layoffs in order to become profitable. 

I  hope Intellijoint can get back on their feet, they have a tremendous product making a difference in the OR.

I've been at Intellijoint for about 3 years and it's a great place to work! There is lots of opportunity to grow within the organization and work on your professional development. The team is amazing, there is lots of opportunity for collaboration. Hybrid work environment with good work life balance. There is lots of open communication from the leadership team as well. Highly recommend!

Although I've only been with Intellijoint for a little over a year now, it feels like its been a lot longer -- in a good way! I think that is a result of everyone just being so friendly and collaborative; I've never worked with a better group of people.

I've been with IJS for just over a year now and I could not be happier to be apart of the organization. The Executive team is transparent and dedicated, opportunities for advancement are REAL and achievable and the culture is the perfect balance of work-hard, play-hard. I absolutely see myself being here for the foreseeable future!

Been with IJS for about a year now and my experience thus far has been relatively positive! I truly enjoy being the subject-matter expert on our products while covering cases and it feels good to know our products are truly making a difference in patients lives. 

As a co-op student, I was looking for an opportunity to gain experience and develop my skill-set and I was able to do exactly that. It's awesome that there are also so many other co-op students to work alongside. I hope to be able to return in the future!
