Very disorganized with staff who do not care about the residents there. Staff will leave residents and go home or on break. working there as a casual LPN was the most stressful time Ive had since starting as a LPN. Tools to do the work were very hard to come by, it was difficult to get any assistance from RNs, . Residents had no identifiers and the pictures in the MAR were old compared to current so had a difficult time identifying each resident to give the correct meds. Too may residents for meds for one person especially if you are casual.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Working with the residents. Quality life care for residents 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
More work loads and team work not collaborate enough. It stress me out 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Very great work environment and I really like it 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Little bit busy during the morning on weekdays.

Not a day ever go by that I'm not having a desire to be at work. At intercare brentwood staff are great. The team work always go far as for meeting the requirements at work. The caring,compressions is extended to the residents, family,staffs,management. The outcome it is a great place to work.Ongoing educations brings us all about more confidence in the care that we are provided.


I learned a lot from this company as I do float, most of my time was quite stressful as we are shortstaffed, but working under pressure helps me in becoming more efficient at work and going to different Units, I have learned different care needed for the Residents, after leaving the company, i feel more experienced in my chosen field. 

What is the best part of working at the company?
Department management ok, upper management has no idea of workload of staff and keep putting more duties and show minimal appreciation 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Upper management constantly demands more

its like a small family working there 

residents and coworkers are all very friendly. 

management care about the well being of the residents. 
more services could be provided to the residences there.

wash dishes and put them away, prepare food and cook the food and their diets, delivering the carts, grocery, serving, make nourishment and desserts, cleaning the dish washer machine

Staff arnt the greatest they are rude including higher up staff can be disrespectful and not professional at all people constantly try to boss you around yet they do the same job people aren’t the kindest 

Intercare is a great working place. Awesome manager, fabulous Team to work with,truly good-hearted, kind people work here!
Hard Work, but Worth It,and the residents are lovely people.

This company is pretty far from where I live but they are great in terms of benefits and salary. They provide excellent opportunities to each staff. Work is not too exhausting.
