As I work in the deli department, a typical day at work involves serving whatever clients come to the store to buy coldcuts, cheese, bread, olives and any other products we serve to the public. When my co-workers and I are not serving clients, we are either facing the department counters/fridges, putting out stock, cleaning the slicers..etc. 

I have learned how to work in a group productively, organization skills, customer service, became more fluent in my third language (italian).

I don't really agree with the management at the store, I feel they could do a better job.

I like my co-workers, we've learned to work together as a team, we're always there to help one-another. I find, that they are the best part about my job. 

Hardest part of the job would have to be the clientele. 

The most enjoyable part, once again, are my co-workers!

I've learned quite a lot. I was a pretty quiet person until I had worked there and I've become pretty socially active. Usually the day starts off quiet and picks up around the afternoon. If there isn't much to do at the Cash Register, I would ask to either stock the groceries, update prices and price tags, or check and see if there are any buggies outside that needed to be brought back. 

If clients had any problems with their Bill, I would go over it with them and figure out what the problem was, but if it was something that I couldn't do, I would call the Manager. The hardest part of the job is dealing with the grumpy clients who seem to get mad at mostly everyone if something wasn't going their way. A lot of people come to the store and shop and we had a variety of different items from different cultures in there as well.

In my current employment, i have the responsibility to manage and conduct the HQSE audits and training sessions to be implemented as being part of internal and legal obligations. 
Being part of an international logistic group, and having a daily contact with a huge variety of persons, gave me the experience and skill to adapt to numerous situations.
I am currently employed and i have no objections continuing in my current job, however, i have a strong motivation and interest in an international career that can develop even more my experience gained so far and also, my personality as a professional and as a person due to continuous training and contact with different cultures  

A typical day at work would consist of socializing with many nice people, helping customers and enjoying the work. The management at this particular InterMarche is absolutely not the best. The manager of the cashiers and the store don't know how to run a store.
The manager of the cashiers makes schedules that are only suitable for her. All of the co-workers are fantastic, easy to work with and always there to help. The hardest part of the job is dealing with management. The most enjoyable part of the job is the co-workers, everyone is always happy to see everyone.

Intermarche Lagoria is not a fun place to work. Some managers are disrespectful. Throughout my years as a cashier, I've learned to interact and communicate in english, french, italian and spanish. I've learned to help solve customer problems in person and on the phone. There are no benefits in working as a cashier at this grocery store. Not recommended.

I've enjoyed working part-time at this job, I was taught quite a lot of things, I am a fast learner therefore I was quite reliable for quite a few tasks to take care of myself. The environment was great and always enjoyed working because I got along with everyone and I did well within the departments I was in. The hardest part of this job was probably taking care of the loads of stock that get delivered to the store and place them all, although I always manage to get the job done properly.

It’s a very nice job but I’m looking for something more long term with benifits and movement into a company with a fixed salary that’s what I’m looking for a new start

I have worked here for a few years.
I was happy that the work hours were flexible.
I do find that the work load was quite high. They rarely increase salary and do not recognize hard work sometimes. 
Pay salary not enough for the work I carried out.

Overall it is a very enjoyable place to work at. The co-workers are nice and I have learned lots of new skills during my 3 years at Inter Marche Lagoria. The hardest part about the job would definitely be the pay not being enough
