A typical day at International Clothiers was helping customers find what they were looking for or giving advice if what they are looking for can't be found in that certain location. I learned how to properly count inventory and fill out proper forms, as well as restock and display new inventory. At International Clothiers, the managers were nice and respected their staff members. They provided helpful hints and any help when it came to questions about inventory or anything while setting up new displays or if something was wrong with the cash register. I, personally, didn't find anything hard about my job at International, except for when it came time to a new received shipment of new inventory and there wasn't very many people to help unload our stock. The most enjoyable part of the job, from my perspective, was when I could help a customer and see that they are leaving our store, satisfied with what they have purchased and how we are fully committed to helping them and making them our number one priority.

•	Assigned employees to specific duties to best meet the needs of the store;
•	Recruited, interviewed, hired, trained and evaluate sales personnel;
•	Increase profits though effective sales training and troubleshooting profit loss areas;
•	Reordered inventory when it dropped below predetermined levels;
•	Counted cash drawers and made bank deposits;
•	Completed profit and loss performance reports;
•	Implemented a new ordering process and identified poor work habits to improve process sales technics;
Help staff finishing sales in order to make goals.

I loved the aspects of working in a mall environment and the high paced atmosphere.  The management training and recruitment and selection was done professionally.  How ever, the restrictions of being able to manage your team has its limits where policy plays a part. Working in the mall environment has its tolls and pay increase occured but very slight and not enough to achieve my desired goals. Great experience.

During my first couple months I've learned how to better my skills as a cashier along with learning how to open and close the entire store. In addition, I've learned how to do a store wide inventory.

The co-workers were very friendly and they were all team players, while the management was less than par.

The hardest part of the job was receiving low hours, while the best part was strengthening my skills in the work force.

Typical day at work starts with preparing  the store , organizing paper work, unpacking goods and placing  items on the store floor. 
We work as a team to get the store operations running smooth.
We pride ourselves in having a good relation with our customers, and the best part of the job is when a customer thanks us with a smile.

Overall, I think its a great entry level retail job especially for students with no prior experience. The managers were very flexible and understanding and the co-workers were always fun to work with! The only down side is that you don't typically get a lot of hours if that's what you're looking for.

The hardest part is balancing your social life, school and personal time considering you're pressured to come in many times and even when not scheduled, you are still pressured to come in on your day off's.

With any retail job there is dealing with terrible customers but what makes this place great was the women that I worked with. They were fun easy going and always knew how to keep it professional.
