Working in a hotel retail industry was a fun specially every day you come accross with new challenges, guests coming all over the world and different back grounds, being a front line retail manager you have to make sure they get all the facilities regarding there travel need kept in the shop, then for those who donot understand english make them comfortable and understand their body language. Also you always get to know whats going on in the city so to provide them the current activities going on in the city so being a tourist they could enjoy and get benefit of that, so over all its fun day every day kind of experience.

On a typical day, I would be photocopying and printing information booklets for franchisees, packing uniform boxes for stock, mailing uniform pieces,  organizing, filing, answering phone calls, greeting visitors at the front, and anything else that was needed. The hardest part about the job in my opinion was understanding how the telephone worked! Otherwise I had a great experience working here.

A typical day was waking up early, opening the store, stocking shelves, magazines and cooler. I learned how to pay out vendors and order what was needed. Management was terrible. Never showed up so i worked alone and was never paid on time. The hardest part of the job was how slow paced it was but the most enjoyable part was still getting to learn something new and taking it with me.

I was able to do part of my school homework while working during night shifts.I get to finish everything early during work and get part of my homework done as well.

It was great to work for Clinique but working under the Hudson bay rules was not as good . 

the staff was good to work with lots of bonuses from Clinique

Great job with amazing benefits, employer was excellent and very understanding. One of the best jobs i have ever had. would love to have a chance at working there again
