I believe they are moving to be in the polo park area, but I worked at the Taylor location for an account that doesn't work with them anymore. At first it was great, the training was interesting and I really enjoyed my co-workers. Slowly it started getting worse with drama between coworkers and people including myself getting our lunches/food stolen from the staff fridge. And they apparently knew who it was but did nothing about it, there were a few times I had to end up buying vending machine food and was not reimbursed. Lunchroom had very uncomfortable seating until slightly before I left. Lots of my co-workers left over time, though some were laid off, and our account went through several team leaders over the year and a half I was there. All the stress took a toll on me and after medical absence leave, I quit working there. It took a while to be able to feel comfortable enough to start working again.

Transparent & Open Communication/Work Life Balance - There has to be some sort of balance between work and personal life. In general, having that sense of balance will improve job satisfaction among employees because they will feel that they’re not overlooking the other areas of their lives that are, if not more, important to them than work. When employees fulfill their various needs and goals in life, such as those of family, friends, spiritual pursuits, self-growth, etc, they can then feel more confident about themselves and perform their best at work. Apart from that, employees that are exposed to more experiences in life outside of work can use what they’ve gained and apply that to their work.

•	General office duties (ie filing, ordering supplies, maintenance of equipment etc.)
•	Prepares payment vouchers
•	Client Engagement – Meet with clients to understand their priorities, advise them on solutions, and provide a forward-looking financial plan. Use your knowledge of technology, cash management, credit, investment and wealth protection to help clients meet their goals. Also Process client applications and transfers in a timely manner, execute market orders and respond to client enquiries promptly and accurately,
•	Maintain complete client files and ensure documentation in good order.
•	Correspondence and assemble documentation for accounts;
•	Verify and correct any errors or omissions in daily transaction summaries;

I have good company with workers in my previous workplaces. The culture was easy to adapt and they adhere to the rules and regulations. Everyone knows their targets and must work toward fulfilling the targets. I really improved not only my communication skills but also my programming skills. It was really happy working with lots of talented workers.

My day always started with logging into the system and then taking calls and i would immediately take calls and begin my day of being on the phone with customers and while verifying and updating their info and providing them with the services they expect and need.

I've worked for the company for 1 1/2 years and I'm making next to minimum wage for the work that I do which I feel is worth more than minimum wage. Also would be nice if I could feel like I have a secure job and secure hours.

Intouch contact center is a lovely workplace, with wonderful colleagues and managers. I have been able to meet with people from different parts of the world as the level of diversity is high and lovely.

Busy workplace and learned the different approach to your client. Management are very understanding to there employees. Co-workers are very friendly and approachable.

Great place to work. The leadership team and agents are very friendly and there is a lot of room for growth. Lots of incentives for all levels of positions.
