I have been working with Intragrad for over a year, and it has been an amazing experience. This agency has significantly contributed to my professional growth as an international student studying Early Childhood Education. They have helped me develop my skills in nurturing and educating children, which has been invaluable during my studies.
One of the best things about Intragrad is their flexibility. They offer flexible schedules, allowing me to choose my availability and work hours, perfect for balancing work and study. This flexibility also means I get to work with different childcare centers, gaining various experiences and learning from different environments.
Working in daycare through Intragrad is incredibly rewarding. The centers they assign me to have friendly and supportive environments, making my job even more enjoyable. The management team at Intragrad is fantastic. They are respectful, understanding, and always ready to help. They provide clear instructions, and their communication is top-notch.

Being a worker in intragrad is really a blessing. The most satisfying job and experience I ever get. The team is very collaborative and the way they support and understand made me more energetic to work. I am so thankful to the team who gave me opportunity when I have nothing here in Canada. As an ECE assistant, I’ve really enjoyed my work, especially the opportunity to learn new things every day while being with the children. The best part of my experience was being able to train and perform tube feeding for a child over the course of two months. It was a fulfilling experience that allowed me to grow both professionally and personally, and it deepened my commitment to supporting children’s well-being.

To attend the basic needs of the children like feeding them, preparing meals , changing diapers, supervising playtime and activities. I learned how important to build relationships to the parents other children you work with. In my workplace open communication and teamwork. Managing behaviour and discipline. The most enjoyable part of the job is spending time with the children's.  

Working in here I learnt to be more mindful and reapective. Everyday I got to meet new people and gain new experience. Most of the centres are welcoming. Sometimes it’s hard to manage time as shift may comes in at the end time and you have to arrive at the centre in short notice. The most enjoyable part is being with different people and learing varieties of things

I however enjoy working here for a short time during the summer. But they never gave me schedule when I change my availability. The outreach staffs were nice and supportive however the management was not good at all. Management never respond to your emails and your even tho it’s very important. 

It's been just around two months working at Intragrad and they're pretty good with responses and understand you. The team is doing their jobs well. It's a great experience at Intragrad and I am getting chance to learn about so many things here! I would definitely recommend the suitable ones to work at Intragrad. 

Joined the technical team to develop the product. Love the team and the energy, very positive people.

Since I am joining a new technology team, there is a lot of room for creativity and independent thinking.

The day I started working with Intragrad felt like I might gain more experiences and fun at my workplace and certainly I'm having the same; experiences and fun. It's amazing to work with these collaborative team. I'm glad to be the part of this family. 

I truly appreciate the opportunity to be part of intragrad. All the teams are cooperative and helpful. The most enjoyable part of job is the opportunity to meet diverse individuals and gain valuable new experiences.
