The workload was overwhelming and unrealistic, with management piling on more work without any consideration for the already overworked staff.

The working conditions were also atrocious, with outdated equipment and lack of proper resources for employees to do their jobs. The office was dirty and disorganized, with no sense of professionalism or pride in the workplace.

Overall, my time at InventCan was a complete disaster. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone looking for a decent work environment, fair treatment, or a positive work-life balance. It's clear that this company values profits over the well-being of its employees and has no concern for creating a healthy and productive workplace culture.

As time went on, the constant stress began to take a toll on my mental and physical health. I felt unsupported and demotivated, and my work suffered as a result. Despite my efforts to address the situation, it became clear that the company culture was not going to change.

Ultimately, I made the difficult decision to leave "InventCan." My experience there was far from the positive and rewarding one I had hoped for when I accepted the position. Based on my experience, I would not recommend "InventCan" as a healthy or supportive workplace.

I had a challenging experience working at InventCan, and unfortunately, I would not recommend it to others. The company culture was negative and management was unprofessional, leading to an unpleasant work environment. The working conditions were also challenging, and I was frequently asked to work beyond my regular hours without additional compensation, despite my communicated availability. This led to an unacceptable lack of work-life balance and increased stress, resulting in high levels of burnout for myself and my colleagues. While it was an opportunity to work with innovative technology, it was not enough to offset the negative aspects of my experience.

I'm a metaverse game designer and very eager to learn new trending kinds of stuff. It's hard to find an ideal job because money is not my issue, I have my parents supporting me and I have a good side income. I'm only looking for a place to improve my skills and eventually be successful. It took me a long time just look for jobs until I met this company. They have metaverse, NFT, Cryptocurrency,  3D game development, and all kinds of trending projects going on. As an experienced game designer, from my professional view, I foresee these projects are gonna make a big success. I'm not just working here for their good pay, but for the chance to make a successful life.

i love working here at inventcan, our work enviroment is really fun and inspiring, the projects we all work on hold alot of potentials and company recently distributed some shares among there hard working employee and i am excited as per i will be getting my shares in next 6 months. our boss sends our IT and Marketing team to go explore different venues in regards to our projects and that is the most fun part, only thing that i wish company can improve is about the deadline strictness, managers are firm here for deadlines and i wish they can be a little bit more flexible. 

I am 65+ years old and hold a designated license with some good experience and good skills, I applied to many jobs and was rejected from mostly all of those because of my age. I applied at inventcan and now it has been 3 years i am still with this company, I have several doctor appointments and numerous doctor checkups, I am always able to request time off from my management as per they are really understanding and help me with anything i require, there were a lot of events i was not able to attend due to my disability but my management went above and beyond to accommodate my disabilities. My designated license also requires licensing and insurance that company covers for me.
