They hire people on a contract and renew your contract for another year or another few months if they like you. If they don't or for any weird reasons they will end your contract before the term and tell you that the work volume is very low. 
Next thing you know someone was already hired to replace you. Old agents will try to act as if they were your supervisor and make your life miserable at work just because they see you as a threat.
The way i learn is by understanding why i am doing something. When i asked my manager the why  he literally told me not to ask why because that was going to slow down the amount of things i can get done and that majority of people there don't know the why but just do it. 
He himself didn't know the why but for some reasons got promoted from team lead to a manager...

As a sales representative, I walk into my assigned walmart store, meet the manager, sign in and pick up items and display stands to start my job. I head to a section of the store where there is customers in follow, Place the stand and display the items to promote for the day. As customers come into the store i welcome them and try to convince them to try the item/product. If the customer likes the product i convince the customer to purchase the product by informing the customer of the benefits and why its a cheaper and better option.

During your day at work, you could be setting up for an event or you could be bar tending at the big game. I learned how to manage my time more efficiently and work under pressure working for corporate executives  making the grumpy individuals leave with a smile on there face.

Management is sincere about taking care of employee needs or discrepancies. 

The Hardest part of the job would be setting up for a banquet.

The best part of the job is meeting new people and creating new friendships. As well as getting media exposure.

I had started in May of last year and ended in November, the management was an absolute joke, like everyone said previously they belittle you and try to make you feel bad if you did something wrong. I was in the back most of the time but working with my coworkers was the worst part, everyone was a bunch of a**holes, would tell you how to do you’re job even though they were people that had very little experience, overall not a pleasant place to work.

Investors Group Field was a very inspiring work place. I have learned so much from cleaning to communicating with lots of different types of people. The employers and coworkers were very easy to get along with. It was like one big family! The hardest part of the job would probably be cleaning up after every event and concert. Overall I loved everything about it.

The operations manager is a joke.she likes to talk tough and act better than everyone. Which makes workers feel horrible about themselves.  Need better management for housekeeping/ operations.  The only thrill we had to look forward to was the games . Fans and players thanked us for the work we do . And even they asked why the manager was so stuck up.

When i started on the first day of volunteering at the stadium it wasn't that easy to participate. As i was working through the process of the station's they put me in i started to get in very good hands with what i was doing. It was very good work and i was happy at the end of the day.

Working at the Investors Group Field was a well-rewarded experience with a nice payment but at the cost of a lot of waiting around and role re-assignments.

if you work in the warehouse or kitchen,you get alot of hours.there are different jobs you can get,warehouse,kitchen,bar tender and so on.

Every work day was a fun filled, hard working experience. The individual needs of people had to be met and this was done through being fast and efficient, while preventing dissatisfaction of customers.
