Stress, depressing, not worth the worrying or effort because the president and vp don't care

Iron Horse is a good company to work with. The management is always supportive, flexible and very focus on the well being of staff. 
I had a chance to work at Le Parc site. People were awesome. It was my first work in Canada and I gained more in terms of life living style in Canada.
I had also a chance to poursuit my studies in Supply Chain Management while working as Security Guard with Iron Horse: wonderful experience with awesome people. The time I finish I got a new job.

It's nice environment and working with different cultures and belief. The manager he's a good person and down to earth and He was always there with you if you needed help.

Iron Horse Security specializes in customer service. They are different from the other companies I’ve worked for. They made us do a ton of customer service (paid) training and test us regularly. They really care about how we treat the customers and guests. They call us Brand Ambassadors and not guards. We still had to do the security /CPR training, but they really focus on customer service.

I have worked at most of the big security companies and finally found got a job at Iron Horse. Iron Horse Security is a great company. The bosses are nice and understands what its like to be a guard. They always treat me with respect and kindness. Their benefits are better than Securitas and Garda.

They always have lots of hours. Very well organized. They treat the guards well and promote from within. All of the management worked as guards at iron horse before so they get it. Easy to deal with. Treat me like I matter and am doing a great job.

Great Christmas party each year, they pay for everything. The management all goes and makes sure to spend time with each guard. They work hard on treating everyone with respect and let them know the quality of service depends on us. They trust us with making sure the customers are happy.
