 they gonna make a lots a promises wich never gonna happen, the environment is really toxic and stressful, supervisors are crazy (literally) they’re bully’s and everybody there feels like the owner of the company, In a typical day even the supervisors can tell u go and hide at the washroom bcz there’s nothing to do and 5 min later can start yelling just bcz they’re late for the orders  You can learn a lot from others workers because honestly supervisors never gonna teach u nothing  There’s a really poor management bcz everyone wants and says that u have to do different things  The workplace culture is good, the real problem for this company is the management from the supervisors, managers, HR, they don’t care at all for the employees if something happen to u they don’t even gonna call an ambulance bcz for so many years they been working with agencies and a lot of people without a work permit just because is cheaper for the company, but they never gonna hired u for the company but they gonna ask u to do for even more job than u should do but never gonna be paid fairly. The hardest part of the job is when your shift starts and the most enjoyable part is when your leave the factory.  There’s a lot of people going to therapy bcz this place gonna break u mentally and physically. In a shift of 8.50 they don’t even paid u for the lunch’s time and if u want to go to the washroom more than twice in a day your supervisors gonna start screaming at u bcz of this and literally they gonna start following u at the washroom just to be sure that u really had to use it.

one where you feel like you've made progress towards your goals.

This place is not a good place to learn and grow mangers are not fear in there inter action with workers many talented worker come to work but quickly you are told you are not good enough for the money you agree on working with large pieces with little or no help you see and meet other with good talent like yours

The company is growing , so much to learn and great pay!!

Demand! 
It gets crazy busy and the pressure to meet deadlines/ deliveries

Depends on the department. 
Most people are fun and great to be around. Otherwise the it’s a very serious place to work 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Like every other day at work 
It starts with a good morning, a little chitchat and right to work

Hard place to get your foot into. You must know what your doing and be good at it or you will be out the door as quick as you came. High turn over for this reason. Not a place I would recommend leaving your current employer for.

Management is blind and don't really know what's going on in order to solve problems productively. It's every man for them selves and doesn't make work feel like a team or a family working towards the same goal and this is a big problem with this company.

People are cooperative and that's the only positive thing. Management is absolutely nightmare. They don't care about employees at all. Pay is well below your skill set and there is no raise and no annual review. They keep bringing temporary staff to replace experienced staff and that's how they run their business. Do not join this company unless you have no other options.

Good working atmosphere, salary paid without delay.

Nothing special, depends on the situation.

Five Stars, there is mutual respect.

Working with my favorite CNC Machine.

This company has an unprofessional management team and supervisors, which becomes apparent after a short period of time. There is a lack of discipline, and the plans and programs are weak, causing a lot of pressure on the employees working on the floor and in the shops.

Employees are nice and respectful except management. They're all on a ego trip and aren't  respectful or professional. One of the supervisors is very s*xually in most of his conversations. I recommend you don't work there unless you absolutely need a job they'll hire anyone. I personally went personally mentally insane working there and needed counseling because of that job. 

It's a place where there are no opportunities to grow, no matter how hard you work, the managers are in charge of pressuring you all the time, it's a place to work if you can't find something else because there is no future for good employees there.
