I work as a manager within the agency and have learned all the job requirements while being on the job. 
The other managers are supportive and the ED is fair and goes above to make sure that the staff have work life balance and are supported with everything they need. Expectations are clear and wage is fair. There are so many amazing individuals we support and the person centered approach is something that makes them thrive in their own environment.  We have a health and wellness program that helps pay for things our benefits don't cover and we are always offered opportunities to learn and grow our skills with different training possibilities.  Being organized and driven to help others thrive will be an asset if you are interested in working within this agency! 

I have worked for a couple different healthcare companies, all in the business of keeping individuals in their own homes and having staff rotate through 24 hour care; but none compare to IMLKS! Ever since day 1, I have been very encouraged and delighted to be here. It's not always easy, this is a pretty mentally and sometimes emotionally draining job, but I have found management to be quite good at making sure that not only the individual is cared for properly, but that staff are doing well too. All the individuals I have worked with have been so wonderful in each of their own unique ways, and they just fill my heart with so much joy. I also don't mind 4 days on, 4 days off as a rotation as it gives me adequate time at home and work to do many things. I would recommend working here, especially if you know this kind of work is right for you! 

I worked at this Agency for 3.5 years . It was an excellent experience overall. Well run and very professional. The management dealt with their employees fairly. I really miss working here and sorry I took it for granted . It’s a great place to work and it has a real family feel . You are supporting some amazing individuals… very fulfilling work . 

I have worked for IMLK for quite awhile now and I have honestly never happier at a workplace. The clients are wonderful and the 
management and service coordinators are amazing. The 4 on 4 off is not a problem for me and I love that it balances out my home life responsibilities. I feel safe in the homes that I stay in. I haven't had a bad work day yet and I feel 100% supported by my co workers. 

I clients are high need and management gossips about their employees and are very rude . If I problem with magament and you say anything you are treated very badly, spied on ,management makes stuff up about you and are very unprofessional. And make your life miserable until you leave.But if you keep telling management they are great. You will be ok.Just don't stick up for yourself and never go to HR if you have a problem. 

Can be boring at times and a little gross depending on which home you work in.  You work primarily with mentally disabled people.  This can inculde physical disabilities.  There is clean up of bodily waste and bathing ppl.  Some times spoon feeding.  Always meal prep, House work, and dispensing medication, grocery shopping and other duties.

Every coworker and manager I've met are really nice and easy to get along. My manager is super supportive. My job is really nice it's very laid back the only think I find tough is being a way from family. 

The mission of this company is something that shows in their work! 
They are a great company to work for and have some great support from not only the managers but your co-workers as well. I highly recommend applying here.

When you have any issues they're ready to help. The place is safe to work and the staffs are friendly. Even if you find it difficult and you need some help they will help you right away.

Managers are working hard to provide clients with a great life. They also halo you whenever you need it. Homes are really nice and the job is very rewarding.
