What is the best part of working at the company?
The simplicity and location are the best parts.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The pay.  Last week I skipped some dinners and in not paying into anything that's just rent and food.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Decent. Good guys, half speak English and the half that don't are all really cool still to be honest.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Long, physical. It's a 10 hour shift of stacking lumber.

We were required to stack lumber which was fine but when the production line stopped and if you were caught standing there you would be yelled at. Very stressful work environment with low pay. However some of the guys there were very enjoyable to work with. The job is so hard that i seen new guys quit on their first day. 

Very stressful and poor working environment.
They allowed bullying to go on far too long, and did nothing about it.
Safety was out the window on some equipment !
