Well prepared for each day's duties, such as checking the equipment and be aware of the weather forecasting, be punctual on site and
instruction from the party chief and working together in a team assigned by the management level. Finish each day job with the party chief on due time with his authority for sake of the company.

Having fun is enjoying the beauty of creation while you work.

One of my earlier positions. Again, far from Fort Erie at the time. Experiencing separation so work was sometimes harder than it neede to be. Great staff still have contact with some members and even worked again with party chief at Barich Grenkie. Lots of learning not much advancement at that point and average pay.

People at Milton office are very kind and hardworking and everyone is eager to help. As a surveyor assistant, I learned a lot about the basics the field work of cadestral surveying specifically on housing. A day to day work at Milton office is consist of going from site to site. The work can be easy at times depending on the conditions. The most enjoyable part about working there are how kind the people are.

All staff members are very easy to get along with and care about your well-being/corncerns. A typical day at work is travelling from site to site and completing the task given. The most enjoyable part of the job is always activley learning new skills.

For the last few years, land surveyors was on demand, so there are not a job shortage. That’s a positive side

Negative side that big volume of works create a situation with potential mistakes.

Decent for those that want to gain experience. They have alot of departments that focus on all aspects of surveying. However, they lack growth due to them focusing on working with people wanting to become an OLS. Also pay is on the lower side of the industry. 

Great team, management, and benefits! Working as a surveyor helped me achieve all the things I was looking for in life. The senior staff takes their time and go above and beyond to train and teach green hand employees. Great place to work for.

Very relaxed workplace, field staff work out of town in my division quite regularly. If you're flexible, the managers will be flexible with your needs. Appears to be good opportunity to advance if desired. Managers mostly friendly.
