The company itself has some great ideals and was one of the first workplaces I felt like I was being treated as a person and listened to. It was a fantastic family environment and home away from home but other management does not hold the same ideals and ultimately lead to a few of us leaving. Even over small matters, things became passive aggressive and petty and was very sad to see.

Amazing company to work for with many perks and benefits. They walk the walk in terms of support, education and company culture. Family run business that cares about their employees. Upper management  will go above and beyond to make sure their staff and leaders are set up for success, while also pushing them to be the best versions of themselves
