A typical day as a Sales was very dynamic and fast-paced. It involved prospecting new clients, following up on leads, preparing quotes, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining strong customer relationships. 

Every day brought different challenges and opportunities to learn.
I learned a lot about customer service, communication, negotiation, time management, and how to work under pressure while meeting targets and deadlines. The role also helped me strengthen my problem-solving skills and adaptability.

The workplace culture was collaborative, energetic, and customer-focused. Team members supported each other, and there was a strong sense of working together toward common goals.

The hardest part of the job was managing multiple priorities and handling tight deadlines, especially during busy periods. However, it also helped develop resilience and organization skills.


Management lies to draw in new hires, they advertise benefits but actually don't have benefits for employees and offer no semblance or orientation or training for anyone in any role. Management are verbally abusive to employees and it is a very toxic and hostile work environment. I've never seen such a small company with such a high turn over rate, I saw at least 20 people quit/ get fired in the short few months I was there, and this is a small company that only employs about 25 people total. Terrible place to work, stay away.

If you're applying here please be aware that you ARE just a number, your personal/family life doesn't matter at all. You are expected to know everything with improper training, also you need to be perfect and make no mistakes, or you will get yelled at. The owner is not empathetic to you or your life, doesn't care to get to know you and is very, I repeat, VERY unprofessional. This place would be awesome to work at if someone else was in charge. Co-workers are awesome people, watch out for the owner! you've been warned.

This place has the potential to be a great place to work. However, management is not the greatest and you will get frustrated with working here. There is no accountability for higher ups mistakes. If they or you mess up you will get yelled at. If you don’t make it into the “circle of trust” you will be pushed out and made to feel like you’re incompetent. You will not be trained on how to do your job but expected to know how to do it within 2 weeks of being there.  

I've experienced a delightful level of artistic freedom. The company values creativity in every brushstroke, providing a platform for painters to showcase their skills. The team is supportive, and the projects are diverse, making each day an exciting opportunity for expression.



The task typically takes 3-5 minutes. According to managements .Your effort to complete a job often goes unrecognized, and coworkers rarely take responsibility. Each department operates as an independent silo and avoids accountability for failures. Job security is poor, with 1-2 layoffs, resignations, or terminations expected every month .

I had high hopes and expectations to be working for such an impressive looking company.  The exterior facade is misleading as this place had a serious negative work environment.  The negative reviews are accurate and the positive reviews are definitely false.  The turnover rate and negative reviews should be enough warning if you are considering working here.
