I've learned to navigate complex financial systems, work with large-scale distributed applications, and adopt industry best practices in secure coding and performance optimization.

Management is approachable and values regular feedback. They support career development and provide a clear growth path. The workplace culture promotes learning, inclusion, and work-life balance. People are genuinely helpful and collaborative.

The hardest part of the job is dealing with legacy systems and navigating through layers of compliance, which can slow down innovation. However, this is balanced by the chance to work on critical applications that directly impact millions of users.

Despite interviewing for a developer position, I was mostly tasked with a somewhat administrative function, which was disappointing. However, I was eventually assigned to a programming project as I originally desired. I rarely needed to work beyond standard weekday hours, and had a generous amount of downtime, but there was just enough work and challenge and enough skills gained that I did grow professionally. Company culture was not the most exciting, although on the occasions that I sat on the business side, there did seem to be more energy in the air. I was given a true living wage for the NYC metro area, as well as quality benefits and four weeks' vacation. I left due to an unrelated decision to move to another country, but would definitely consider returning to JPMorgan in the future.

I have not experienced any stress while working with this great organization. Even I enjoyed it a lot and developed my skills.

An inclusive work environment that encourages continuous learning, professional growth, and collaboration. The organization provides good exposure to enterprise-scale projects, structured processes, and cross-functional teams. It is a great place to build strong technical skills, understand large-scale delivery practices, and learn from experienced professionals across different business and technology areas.

I enjoyed my time here and had would take an opportunity to work there again in future. My team members were nice and my manager was one of my best managers yet! The firm had a lot of Diversity and Inclusion programs to support staff and their families.

I learnt a lot and met a so many great people during my time there.

I loved going there to work. My immediate management was not so nice.  I should have change departments. But overall I loved my job. It was challenging at times but customer service was great I learned a lot.

Lots of pressure to push products and bank accounts even if its not in the client's nest interests. Management will judge you on arbitrary numbers, even if the region youre in doesn't have as much potential.

Great place to work, collogues and team members are awesome my only problem with my position was the pay was not the best and also the work life balance can be better. especially during busy times
