JV Drivers

we have a tool box what we are doing for the day from our supervisor we gather the proper tools and equipment for the task we do our job properly as a team double and triple check for any hazards that may be there we all communicate together to get the job done and physically putting rigging together would be the most difficult thing through out the day but i enjoy it all because i take pride in what i do

10 hour days, 14 on 7 off, this job was awesome for me as i was a local, learned basic electrical skills, fun guys to work with. management wasnt bad, the work load wasnt split up the greatest way as some crews were Favorited by upper management. hardest part of the job was trying to stay busy if you had no work. most enjoyable part of the job was doing shift work and sleeping in my own bed at night.

Worked with them for 4 different jobs with mostly the same crew but different management. Overall a good place and decent management who didn’t act like they were gods gift to the trades. Didn’t mind working at the mod yard at all  Too bad they had to pack up and leave because I liked working with them 

Great company, made you feel like they cared about you. They lived safety and expect you to do the same. Can't say enough about working for JV Drivers.

i loved it got lots of experience and met a great bunch of people. worked long hours and in all kinds of extreme weather conditions.
worked in groups or always with a partner, never done a job alone. many hands makes light work

Great company to work for, all positive. Prefer to work in the Kamloops area for family reasons. Family man. Prefer and would like to travel no more then 150km from home.

JV Drivers was a team oriented fast paced construction company. With high focus on safety complete average trade rates available.
It was a good place to work and I would work for them again in the future.

Nice to work good co worker, no bullying no discremination to each other always happy when working and worker will help on tym you need help and have lot of fun..

Worked for them for a year and a half, was happy with them good to work for, started as a welder and was promoted up to welding foreman. Did lots of training courses to teach me leadership.
