Jack in the Box

Very fast paced workplace. its a lot of fun we laughed and it never got boring. Move to the left and then to your right "quick grab those fries." Always moving and don't forget to hurry up customers are waiting. Management were somewhat fair and flexible. hardest part of the job is when all your fellow employees or the shift that your leading do not work together and you will have to work harder and faster or things can fall behind. I liked how if everyone worked as a team it all would come together and we could laugh and enjoy our customers. This job taught me management skills after being a shift leader I learned that just as well as i can follow direction and be taught i can teach, train and lead my team to provide excellent customer service.

Normal work days are about 9.5 hours when everyone shows up. I have learned patience and how to work with many different kinds of people. I have picked up quite a bit of Spanish working there as well. 
There is a lot of stress involved with this job, working with young people who don't really care about work is probably one of the hardest things. Trying to teach discipline and how to take pride in anything you do is not easy.
 Management differs all the time, each and every District Manager I've had has had good and bad things about them. 
I feel that the goals we have to meet for our Reviews are set too high. 
I think the most enjoyable part of this job is getting to meet so many different kinds of people, working with them and as customers.

I love working at jack there is challenges every single day but I feel like I have been strong and do my job very well. There is a lot of duties to the job and it’s very time management. You have to use your time wisely and know what to get done . Customer service is a big part of the job (: and good treatment is very well needed at that job

as I worked there for 6 months, I saw the quality in the management plummet, as did my co-workers. The training is decent, but they tend to throw you into situations that you stated made you uncomfortable/physically hurt you. (For example, I have bad ears, yet they made me do drive thru).

Not a good job to work long. Need to make a lot of changes in making sure people are making the product right.need to be more sanitized and make sure people are washing machine and hands right.

My time at Jack was Pleasant  it was a good learning experience being my first job. I would recommend it but I got quickly tired of it due to bad management. Made a lot of good friends there. 

I learned how to be outspoken with many people. I also learned how to be a cashier and be patient, how to deal with rude people. I enjoyed taking orders .

A lot of experience. Very fast and quick on the floor. Great service. Good upselling. Maintained a clean working environment. Work with a few amount of people so when it gets busy it chaotic.

Great place to work to learn alot. Teaches u people skills and definitely speed of service skills. If u get to work maintenance u will learn how to detail clean

Executive Ops leadership needs help; lots of layoffs and work remains for people who stay; company is for sale; morale is low; not sure what is in store for the future
