Not going to lie it sucks when the casino is slow because you have to sit there and stare at the wall, but depending what table you were on you were able to watch people play slots or watch tv. The management truly has to be the most amazing group of people I have ever worked with, they were understanding, always there to lend a hand and truly kind and polite.
I found the hardest part was if a guest won a large amount while at the tables, only because the math you HAVE to do in your head can get to be extreme, which you then call 'PIT" and the pit boss will come over and assist you. My most enjoyable part was that I had regulars who were amazing people come in when they could and we would slowly play a game of whatever was my table and talk... Also the employees who I became great friends with.

I used to work the same days. Mon-Wed 2-2 it was perfect, I enjoyed dealing, loved it actually.
I have learned a lot from being a dealer, like how to be more personable, how to deal with difficult customers 
Before the new management took over it was great. The previous one was amazing, he cared about his employees and would never dare to screw anyone over.
My co-workers were pretty great, I love a lot of them. We always had fun and what not.

The best part of the job is being at a full table, and being able to make everyone laugh and enjoy the game.

The above score is more based on the old management rather than the new. The new one would get no stars.

I myself, have had a very good working experience at JackPot Casino as i was able to work with many different people who we all treated with respect for each other and the job we were hired for. The Company itself was also good to us and treated everyone fairly. I had recently moved to Lloydminster and would like nothing more then to obtain a job here with the same values as i am a very hard worker and have plenty of experience in these fields documented here on my resume.

Was a good and fun workplace, unfortunately I didn't know I had ADHD so the job type just didn't sit well with me because I couldn't fidget with stuff, so I would slowly fall out of being able to upkeep my work responsibilities. 

Not LGBT friendly, they are a dictatorship and run off high school drama. High stress and always taken for granted. Do not work here!! Terrible place. 

I wanted to turn it into a career but they didn’t listen to the rules, regulations or laws. I say again do not work here and boycott the place.

They keep You at the bottom, do not allow You to speak about concerns and if You do, You're fired. They run it as a dictatorship. They do not care about their staff.

I enjoyed working for this company very much. On the weekends they had country western entertainers come in the lounge area. I thought the management was fair and every one of my co workers was great.

A good place to work but not enough hours for me.  I loved it there.  A very clean environment, friendly staff.  Workplace is conveniently located, an awesome boss.

Most days are relaxed and uneventful some days like the weekend can get a little fast and some days can have some stressful times where everything happens at once.

Management is awful. If they don't like you, they will find a way to fire you. Current employees tell me it's gotten worse. I do not recommend working here
