Too understaffed requiring you to do work that's not part of your job responsibilities. Will learn a lot though. Management has problems among themselves resulting in a lot of miscommunication that in turn leads in a lot of rework/scrap products due to improper work instructions to employees and adds to the cost of quality. They do not realize the value/importance of QA.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Worst company to work 
Employment ethics is not maintained 
Plus the union is hard to deal with 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Upper management is useless no room to climb 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Stressful but coworkers are good

Terrible management use to br better. Favorite's were definitely there. Took 4 years to get hired. Wouldn't recommend at all. Pay would sometimes be missing a day of sick leave have to wait till the following payday to receive it. Just an overall terrible place to work for management as well as some associates



It is great place to work everyday.
A place to learn basic knowledge regarding manufacturing job.
A place to gain more experience about  the process of small parts for the vehicles anti-rattle  structures.

I wasn't at this company for very long.  I learned some things about how supply chain works for automotive companies. This was a foam manufacturer and they supplied mostly to automotive suppliers, was very fast paced and dealt with very short lead times.

I have so much to say, every possible horrible thing you can think of and despite the first amendment, I am going to keep it safe. Just gonna say that I regret my experience here.

Its a great place to work everyone is friendly, very relaxed environment different cultures working together no discrimination. all in all a great place but not for everyone

Bad management and very old machines in this company. Management doesn’t care about the workers. Very toxic culture, managers don’t care your growth and your hard work never been valued. 

A lot of broken promises by management. Low pay, salaried employee are forced to work over time with no pay. Benefits are lowest in industry. Awfull culture with no schedule and lot of expectations from management.

Good people, great company! Would highly recommend to anyone in the GTA - they are located conveniently off the 407.  Leadership is solid and listens to employees questions and concerns.
