I've worked many maintenance job's with this company and shut downs their a growing company and have many advancements and they are a fair company, Safety first, tool box talk , start card ,permit doing a walk around to make sure all energized equipment is shut down and piping is blanked off and more. The people are great that you meet and the company cares about it's employees, is the job ending and seeing the people you become friends with leave, the people and to see what we accomplished as a team, and to know that this company cares about it workers.

Trust by the managers that you can get the job done.  Always changing situations and opportunities.
10/4 shifts with 12 hour days.
Each of the different clients that we were contacted too all had their own and different ways of doing business. 
Management was always supportive of us in the field and getting us the necessary resources.
You worked with several people on a job, to working just yourself.
Being away from one's family for extended periods of time.
You were always learning something new and interesting.

I was quiet satisfied to have opportunity to work in Jacobs and would like to be hire again. The management is helping employee to rich the the deadline of important task.

Great people to work with , and a very positive work environment.  Company cares for its employees, which is rare in the industry. If you want to work for a dynamic company,  with lots of opportunities,  this is a great company to work for.

The most important component of any organization is the people.  In this regard it's been my pleasure to work with all the friendly and knowledgeable people, at all levels, involved on my projects.

Overall positive experience had an issue with one manager.  I was left alone in a position I wasn't prepared for without a lot of support. Pay was good and I did receive a raise for hard work while I was there.

Overall, Jacobs was a great company when I was there as an employee. Full of talented people and the management team was top notch.  The flex work hours was good.

work is very unreliable. worked on interesting projects . learned lot of new things. Exposed to various technologies  . Work was inconsistent.but people working with are excellent

In Jacobs, everyone could work with their coworkers friendly. The company provides the education opportunities to encourage employees improving their abilities.

Jacobs is a big international company. they are pioneer to use best design software. Their sales team were not working well in calgary so they lose many opportunities.
