If you can read and write they'll hire you. If you do as your told and nod your head you'll go far. Don't try or make a mistake or you'll be let go. 

I've seen good workers get sent home for simple mistakes and they don't care for a second that you don't have something else lined up. 
All they care about is hitting quota and saving a dime so be prepared for machines to go down because they refuse to solve larger issues. Management gives off this "we're all a family vibe" that is a big red flag, but the pay is good and the work is repetitive and mindless. 

The only great thing I can say about this job is that everyone knows that the work sucks and the management doesn't care but they keep working because the pay is worth it. I DEFINITELY would not recommend this job to anyone, if you care about your mental health, stay away. You'll be blamed for everything going wrong without an explanation for what happened. 
Also, some of the setup techs are slow to respond to be prepared to wait about 15-20 minutes before someone actually comes to solve your problem.

Save yourself the headache and work somewhere where they value their employees.


A typical day at work would consist of taking over the cycle of the previous employee, where u would take raw products and machine and finish them to the specific needs of the customer. I learned how to use different types of machines to finish different types of parts which at times could be stressful, due to the steps needed to have the parts ready for the next cycle or ready to be shipped. The most enjoyable part about my job at Jebco. would be working with co-workers.

There are 3 shifts days, afternoons and midnights. Midnights is a straight shift and then there are two shifts that rotate every week between days and afternoons. Start of day shift is from 8:00am till 4:00pm, 4:00pm - 12:00am and 12:00am to 8:00am. There are 3 15 minute breaks one that you get paid for. A typical work week is 37 and a half hours.

the jobs where great and it was easy if it wasn't so far away from my house i would still be there. The most enjoyable part of the job was the people there and they had silly meetings but they feed you there too that was great if you forgot your coffee lol.

I Enjoyed working at Jebco Manufacturing. It was Hot, & Very Fast Paced, but I loved the co-workers, and the supervisors were excellent. When I got laid off, I looked for work closer to home, and found it quickly, and started a new job due to this lay off!

-cross trained on several different lines and parts, some easy , some challenging .

Some people are friendly. Getting paid every week is nice.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The most stressful part is the micromanaging.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Hard to breathe hot and stinks

Extremely depressing place to work,   feel very unappreciated by management.  If machines are running well there isn't much to do besides rework which nobody really does and if you do actually do any rework there is no acknowledgement or even a thank-you.

Get in and just work. Don't get caught up in with politics. Can be an easy job if you just show up and start focused on your tasks. Management can be an issue but just hit Quota and they won’t complain.

The work environment was fun! Loved the colleagues and being able to learn new tricks from the long-running employees.
Good break times (15-minutes every 2 hours).
