The owner just cares about MONEY, FAST.

The owner management is horrible. so every day co-worker left and hires a new guy. and they do not care about quality only ask fast. and everyday person fights each other


What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The team leader shouting to the workers. The owner shouting to the team leader. The co-worker shouting to new workers. 
The owner like to see the workers fight with each other. Then the workers do not talk to each other, they can work without talking.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
a terrible company in Quebec.

It was my first day yesterday and after 5 hours, they decided that I wasn’t fit for the job.
Did get the salary by hour.
The job was brutal! Heavy lifting and demanding fast! fast! I was already exhausted working 2 hours straight. Body soaked in sweat! Can’t imagine the remaining of 8 more hours of physical work be like if I survived!

4 months working here and I see the company improved day by day. They did take time to community with employee and listen to us what we really need.
People are nice , I learn a lot how to work as team and how to make yummy cake !

This company values real ability rather than paper certification. Maintenance environment, equipment and tools are very poor. The owner values every penny paid to employees but dislikes to pay any penny to safety and sanitary condition.

Friendly colleagues and Friendly work environment. Learning a lot from the position and still having the self-developing. For example: free language courses.

I learned how the market making a good quality cake to a cheaper quality cake to the market so the people will buy it. Really poor management of employee.

Worked 7 months here before my maternity leave, it’s my first job since I arrived Canada, Ppl were nice to me. Will definitely return when I am ready!

This is my first full time job in Canada. The work is not complicated and it is easy to get start. And there is enough time for relax and lunch. People are very nice here.
