Fun,Truly, most of the management team is great. The issue roots from upper management specific to ceo. There is almost no balance with work and life. He promotes it but really has no idea what goes into the day to day operations. The VP is the one who really runs the show. In management roles they may offer you a bonus but if you don’t work the entire fiscal

Looking for a better place to showcase my skills. A company that values career growth and development. Also, my work-life balance is so important because family is important.

It's very chill. There is no boss to give you unattainable deadlines. All the time off you want is approved. My only complaint is the salary is really low, it's actually non-existent.

great company to work for if you don't like money and have extra in the bank can get boring at times unless you have lots to do at home. but if you have lots to do at home it usually costs lots of money so it is not that great                    

Being unemployed has long hours and low pay - overall it was a fun job though. Very low stress, the workplace culture was laid-back. Flexible hours and freedom.

Sobeys is Productive and fun workplace, the store is selling a lot of products of groceries and food for customer. The employee are passionate about engaging in customer service.

Very depressing to reenter workforce with barely able to scrape by.  Red tape everywhere to get ahead and climb out of poverty.  Hopefully something will give so we can all be better. 

They played favourites a lot and this would start to affect your schedule and the zone chart. They treated new people horribly and made them feel like outsiders
