Here is what my experience at Jewlr was like

- I found the environment and culture to be very toxic and demotivating. There was a focus on blaming and pressurizing employees .
 - No culture or values to acknowledge the efforts of team . 
- No compensation is offered for extra hours, and they make the team work for extra hours frequently. No respect for off working hours. Work related communication continues in off hours.
-Vacations days: No one in the company can take 3 weeks at once (no matter the circumstances
-Very tedious micro management style
-Very poor work life balance


What is the best part of working at the company?
They fallow the health and safety standard of Ontario.the management was great and caring for workkers

In my honest opinion i guess the most stressful is your colleague not the job

They have safe environment for any kind of mankind

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
The typical days on jewlr was amazing

The co-workers are very friendly with a great management team. Best accounts structures with great supportive teams across Google and Meta. Lot of learnings with the best in class professionals.

low level factory job you will learn any skill you are assigned very quickly. Had some shady instances with management and HR a few times that did not sit well with me.  Because you don't get paid for lunches and pay is low, there's an expectation everyone stay past 8 hours to get a full days pay.

They conducted mass hiring and firing during my time there. A lot of promises at the time of hiring but very little concern for their employees once you're actually working, and you will definitely get dismissed after high retail seasons. Not recommended at all

Unlike many other companies, the management at Jewlr likes to take risks, think out of the box, promote ideas and innovation. It has a flat corporate structure with open communication and a positive attitude. All this forms the Jewlr culture.

- No career growth or support
- Zero job security

A day with Jewlr is like having a fun day. Professionalism is still practiced and yet you can see everybody enjoying and carrying out their jobs with smiles and laughter.

The atmosphere is relaxed, if you want to have a stable job with low pay and very little advancement opportunity, it's a place for you. Even people with relevant training receive so little pay that it is undignified.

Nice place to work and relax, no communication with anyone however and they expect too much in the work environment when you have no training in the workplace
