First and foremost I wanted to say that the company is really relaxed when you perform your assigned duties. It's truly a family away from home in every sense of the matter. Your immediate manager is there for you and super understanding and helps you work with your schedule so that you can utilize the most hours that you can. The breaks are paid and as long as you maintain the store properly, you will have a fantastic time working here. One of the main things that I do not like is the fact that any recommendations that a team associate makes does not actually reach upper management even though it should. But, with that in mind, the very relaxed environment is truly something that I absolutely love about working there. I would also like to say that the manager specifically at the location that I work at is incredibly kind and overall a good person meaning that the owner has an eye for good people to keep in his company. We get yearly Christmas gifts from the company which are very high in value and very high quality. Any problems that arise are dealt with in a very professional team-like way which I have not yet seen anywhere else. By far, this has been one of the best places I have worked at thus far.

I had a great experience working for Jobsite. There is a lot of product knowledge training you can do. Only some knowledge training is required such as Timberland Work Boot and Fire Retardant Wear. Job is fairly easy going and my co workers were great! The job started going downhill after management started playing mind games with my managers. Company Owners have HUGE Egos and aren't afraid to make you feel small. Otherwise very fun place to work. Pay was okay for someone fresh out of school. Not a lot of room for advancement. Management will hire a new manager rather than promoting from within, leaving you to train the new manager as a lowly store clerk, pretty degrading. The product knowledge training really helps you make those sales (not commission based). There are bonus programs during the holidays to help you earn extra money, the more Timberland boots you sell the more money you get! that was my favorite incentive! It was very fun and gave the stores a healthy competitive edge!

Jobsite workwear was an exceptional work environment, the staff were understanding and very friendly, and the management was flexible with work schedules. The customers were fun and easy to talk to, you were really able to connect with your customer which was nice. The hardest part of working here was the stubborn customers who were hard to please. I learned a lot of things while working for jobsite, I was able to learn how to deal with all types of people, I learned how to be more patient when it came to dealing with difficult people, I received lots of product knowledge and learned more about all types of occupations through interaction with the individual customers as well as the corporate customers.

The staff are great to work with; More like family and friends then coworkers. The upper management are real people with real hearts. They are understanding and helpful even in your personal life. The pay is above average and they offer spiffs from time to time. Jobsite also offers scheduling freedom unlike most places. They take the time to teach you about the products and develop a great relationship with vendors. I choose to work at Jobsite because the company, staff and it's owner care about you. No uniform is required, so you can wear your casual clothing.

when I worked there we were all a great group, everyday I always looked forward to going into work. We made it fun and enjoyable. Lovely staff that really care about your well being, very tight knit group but very accepting of others aswell. Loved how the owner of the company was still very much involved in the day to day work, would occasionally stop by the stores to check in and see how everyone is doing.

There are definitely worse places you could work at.

Training isn't great, and knowledge is key to working here. You need to know the products, and what it is that makes them good products.

It's a small family business that is growing.

While I was a t JobSite I had an amazing team of ladies working with me.  We were all happy to be at work.  
Also the companies other stores had some pretty great people to communicate with.  Everyone at all of the stores had each others backs

Probably one of the best places I've worked for. Wages were alright and no benefits, however, that being said, there were a lot of contests and spiffs to earn extra money and prizes. The atmosphere was great and I loved the people there.

Lots of good training on the products. the job itself is a little bit boring upper. Management is toxic. They do lots of fun contests. They have a good store hours so you're off early, there is good work life balance. The customers are great.
