Ownership cares more about money than employees. When I worked here they would charge servers regular tipout as well as 3% of tips paid with credit cards. Whenever a human error was made, for example; ordering the wrong menu item. The management wouldn't void the item like most places, instead you had to pay for it out of your pocket. This was always frustrating. 

A typical day at work consisted of seating our guests, making reservations and running food out to customers. By working at Johnny Rocco's I have learned about the food industry. Overall, working at Johnny Rocco's was a very fun environment, surrounded by great co-workers and management.

Had a good time working there but stressful when people didn't show up then had to jump from different jobs with out getting trained in that area one at a time they have to much going on in the summer.

Italian chain restaurant, this was the first restaurant i worked in, i learned a lot here but ended up leaving to further my learning an knowledge, started from dishwasher to full time cook.

Very toxic work environment. Management (owner included) likes to yell and swear at you and call you names when you make a mistake. Also they take a cut of your tips to cover their service charges, which is 100% illegal. Overall terrible job.

bad management for the most part, when busy it was crazy and unorganized, food is good and nice people but mostly locals. Managers played favourites a lot

Working here was a lot of fun, fast paced and very worth it. Co-workers were good to work with, and Management too. Safe Work environment, clean, and respectful.

Food wasn't bad, coworkers were all great. Manager was not great and would often keep people later than needed or would send people home way too early and make it near impossible for those staying.

It was really fun working there.  It’s kind of difficult when you start but ya people there are funny and kind of welcoming but you have to stay focused
