Do not risk your sanity to work here.
Management is extremely hostile towards staff and customers alike, even being referenced in customer reviews as part of the reason they will not return. No compassion, sympathy or care in the world for their staff, right down to blatant ignorance of labor laws. This workplace taught me that nobody cares, at all. You can do your utmost all, and be ridiculed, while those coming in hours late, (if at all) gain promotions and highest of praise. 

Run while you have the chance.

The people for the most part are fun to work with, lots of laughs but the management is terrible, only 2 out of 4 managers actually work and use their heads. The other 2 cant even order properly for 4 days worth. Or they order the wrong things. The "general manager" will change the schedule and give the select few she likes all the hours and the little hours everyone else gets, they are forced to go home early to "save labour"  dont waste your time, most people end up with anxiety and depression working here. Avoid at all costs.

Such awesome GM, great support and lots of hours to work.  A real team environment from FOH to BAH.  Lots of organization and very clean restaurant that also lets you be yourself.  A great balance between a restaurant and theatre!  Great fun doing the songs and dances-and it give a server a break when it's busy!

Johnny rockets was a very friendly and co operative environment. provided great customer service with the team by taking orders and cooking foods. i've learned that in order to have a successful business everyone must work as a team and do their part. The hardest part of the job is closing the restaurant .

This place will kill whatever hope and dreams you have left. mangement is just..wow. they will talk about you every chance they get. They never order enough food so they always run out. Just dont do it's not worth you mental health trust me. The general manger is running it into the ground. I would rate this place at a zero if I could.

In a typical day of work there was a lunch rush and dinner rush where anyone who likes cooking would enjoy the fast paced and short order style. The management were both fair to employees and understanding of "home" life. The co-workers at Johnny Rockets are very fun to work with.

one of the greatest work experiences that ive ever had.
started off washing dishes and worked my way to a supervisor in 2 years.
the culture was amazing, almost family like.
its been closed for many years but many of the former employees still keep in contact with one another

Johnny Rockets is a great place to work.
The culture was friendly and all employees worked well together
Since I was employed the corporate office is now in Boston ( I worked at Lake Forest CA) so I can't speak for the current culture.

It was a wonderful experience working at Johnny Rockets, however the management was horrible and it was very poorly ran. The scheduling was always off and there was never enough inventory ordered for the days to run smoothly.
