The job was typical IT, but the online meetings where you listened to people talk about direction and goals were obviously for the higher-ups, as they were not thinking of the employees when discussing matters.

The eye-opening reality of someone going on about making enough money to keep the founders happy made me wonder why this was even mentioned.  There was no need to waste time watching this kissing up.

Answering customers and solving their issues while at the othe end of the phone.

Pressure workplace and with few friendly working colleagues.

The make an effort to help their employees and encourage growth.
They give you the tools required to complete your tasks. I feel confident the company has my back.

I do not feel stress from the company.
They support you well to avoid stress.

A great effort is made to help employees to have fun as well grow

Management - particularly the C Suite are all about gotchas and blaming staff for issues.  Leadership is brutally lacking any character or respect.

It sounds like I am exaggerating but sadly I am not.  There is a hostile culture that appears to be dedicated to treating staff like garbage and belittling them whenever it seems appropriate.

Jolera does a good job at juggling the expectations of their clients. The biggest ones can take away from the smaller ones, but sometimes that is the fault of clients taking too long to realize Jolera was correct about a plan of action. 

If you want to learn different IT systems, this is a place to access many systems and you can learn the various styles.
As an IT service provider, you need to handle the users' challenges or service requests correctly and quickly. 
You will get stronger and much skillful after the process.

I was brought on with a few others for a project which was with a bit of miscommunication, was told and trained on paper but then asked to bring in my own laptop on the first day, as with everyone else on the team.

Working for Jolera was one of the best experiences of my life. There was always so much to learn and do, that boredom was never at hand. Jolera's motto was "Best effort!" and I have taken that with me to every job since.

As an Onboarding Specialist/Project Manager it is a great opportunity to be a hands on into building procedures, work with multiple vendors and manage multiple projects at a fast-paced environment.

I learnt a lot about the new servers and software tools. Got an hands on experience on the projects and a good experience with the live environment.
