My general review is that the company is a good place to learn about working in a medium size company, but the environment can be destabilizing at times and the opportunities for training, improvement, advancement are not quite there yet. There are companies that offer a lot more in those aspects and help you advance forward with your career in a healthy way by providing support and opportunities. It is true that during my time I saw people rotating in and out of the company. This general culture might be the reason for a lot of pain points from the employees. The company is professional in its industry practices and one can learn about the pharmaceutical field.

Very understaffed, but the staff is great from what’s left of it. Only a few are not to be trusted. The management is in title only. Clueless. There is absolutely no appreciation or recognition by the management for your work. What only matters is to push out the product at all costs. A multimillion dollar pharmaceutical company being run on a shoestring budget. A lot of key people with over many years working here have left or have been unscrupulously terminated. A depressing environment. The pace is too fast to keep up the quality and this also pushes up the accident factor. Please do yourself a favour and pass this place on by.

one of the worst companies I've ever worked. People there seem to be deprived of inteligence. HR there is a joke. The only reason they're there is to keep the company out of court. The role of HR is to keep the company from getting sued — by its own employees!

if you happen to be a production line worker you're gonna be exposed to radio activity no matter what, the supervisors there don't know much about radio activity, they are only focused on making money. 
your health does not matter.

•Maintenance of a software to insert, retrieve and print graph data of medicine particles in the lab(ASP.Net, Visual Basic, SQL Server)
•Project in VBScript for the installation of .msi file on several IP address in a secured network
•Project using Crystal Reports to generate Weekly, Monthly and Yearly reports for the organization
•Project to import data from Excel using ASP.Net and manipulations on data

This is a Indian company.every day going down with bad manger in all departments.they don't have any method to grow up, Just by new management company get worth every day.no insvestmet for renewal the plan.all the equiepments are for 40 years ago and non of them work properly.80 % of employment are old and close to thier retierment.

Management is terrible there. 
No one is human oriented, and everyone is covering for themselves.
Loootts of burn out. 
People leaves at a crazy rythm.
No one trust no one. Employees are called on their free time, vacations.

Great people, work environment is highly stimulating and challenges are great for your career development. Company turned around in 2016 and is now growing in many areas while improving efficiency in a sustainable way.

Worked closely with end users to design and develop software applications. There was a lot of resistance to move away from legacy / old technologies like VB6

I will never make that mistake again, nobody are here for the sucess of the company. A lot of Drama and non-sense. The anagement are insane with no long term plan. Worst place ever.

Excellent work conditions, clean areas and very good place to develop your professional carrier. I recommend strongly this place for work. Good salary and work conditions.
