Honestly... this restaurant has the WORST managers and supervisors. They all talk negatively about one another but very kindly face to face. It spreads bad vibes and bad values to the rest of the team. Most of them complain that they are tired and whatsoever when everyone else is running around trying to please the customers. The lower staff (servers, baristas and cooks) are great tho, nothing to say against them except that the group work is lacking. The tips are very bad for waiters tho. Often you get 2$ on a very large bill or not at all because they are understaffed and customers are very angry. If you are looking to make money and have a good sleep schedule, literally do not work there. 
Needless to say more...

Good flexible company BUT if they put you at the laval location RUN don’t even bother. It is a huge mess, and the management unfortunately is highly biased towards some employees which ends up not being fair in the amount of work. They wonder why they cant hold a strong team for that store but the reason is pretty obvious. Let’s not forget it is the only one where they dont do full service which clearly shows in the tips and the clients insatisfactions. So in the end minimum pay, poor tips and really bad working ambiance. I do have to say that the higher overall management ( of the whole company not that specific store ) is great and understanding! Which is why it makes this even more sad. 

Juliette & Chocolat is a really nice restaurant. The staff there is really nice, they are really supporte with everything you do.
They are all very friendly, and it was really a joy working there with them. Eventhough sometimes, it was a really stressfull environnement with the rush hours, but it was still a lot of fun with all the staff.

I worked for J et C for 2 summers and I learned a lot about the restaurant atmosphere. It was motivating and enjoyable. Working as a barista, I got to interact with the clients and staff to ensure customer satisfaction. The staff was great and we all worked well under pressure.

very poorly managed and exploitative workplace. at my location they hired teenagers to work in the kitchen and do not give sufficient training, so as a server i received a lot of customer complaints. The menu is also incredibly over priced, so customers tend not to tip well. extremely frustrating experience. 

at first, i enjoyed working here a lot and was given different tasks for the first couple of weeks i was there, but eventually they have you standing in one spot for your entire shift doing the same job with just a 30 minute lunch break. back pain is evident.

Very tiring, long shifts, full restaurant from open to close. Didn't like it in general. The co-workers we're stressful and giving orders to the others. Bad salary, bad tip.

They were two managers and one of them think she's the boss and was super mean with the employees also a lot of drama between the employees for money and for the customers anyways really bad job but I did make a lot of money.

Not a great atmosphere to work in, employees are not treated well and undervalued. Very disorganized and frustrating. Would not recommend; and many employees leave after a few months.

The staff was really nice and friendly
It was a clean environment to work at
the kitchen was really well organized
the food was really well prepared and tasted great
