What is the best part of working at the company?
Horrible place to work! Stay away!!! 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Everything, you will be given no training but expected to know everything. Management is manipulative. There is no work life balance. Toxic environment. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Terrible they put on a big front mm. You are simply a number here. They do not value their employees at all. Full of broken promises. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Redundant work and they will never improve the process. Very stressful on call 24/7 you will be messaged outside working hours and be demanded to have something ready the next morning 6 hours later when you were sleeping.

The work was burdensome. Working overtime without any appreciation and more pay was a norm. The senior management was so closely knit that they would never take feedback positively. They never accepted their mistake and were always looking for a scapegoat when there was an issue with any of the client

I was brought on during a 3x hyper growth phase of the company and we were moving a mile a minute. 

The technical team is some of the most competent I have worked with, however there is room for much needed improvement in operations and management.
