Call after call after call, no time to breathe. They do not have enough employees to take the calls.  Managers pressuring the employees to end the call under six minutes, even though employees are looking after an entire building with over 5 accounts and has to explain invoices charges, manage angry customers and retain them in two languages.  Employees have to complete withing the call a long script and say "key words" otherwise is rated as a bad call for QA. Good Managers with people skills do not last, they are replaced by employees they just hired, no respect for experience or professional education.

It’s a good place to work for a start up but too much favouritism knowing that your working there for  a long period of time and the new people coming in had better positions

Busy non stop taking calls on the phone

It's a typical call center environment. You learn to be patient, assertive and competitive. Management sucks. Customer service staff is the best. They cry and laugh together. Very Helpful and supportive. Releases the stress that management culture provides. Management talks but does not walk much. Have more a authoritarian and favouritism attitude. Enjoyable part of the day is conducting small potlocks from time to time and learning cultures and cuisines

Fun place to work, lots of team building and events, usually one in the summer and one in the winter. Christmas party is always good.
Bonuses and incentives to employees. Raises are hard to come by and so are the promotions.

Generally a good company to work for. Management is not the most robust, but believe to be above average. Some times would spend effort in projects that may not yield sound return, but generally speaking decisions are made based on analytics, studies and recommendations.

Fast pace environment with tight deadline. Attention to detail is very important in all aspect of this job. I have gained valuable experience while working at this company. I have advanced my Exel skills from basic to intermediate.

Fast paced and intensive environment. Great projects and interesting place to work. The hardest part of the job is keeping up with multitasking and demand for dead lines. The most enjoyable part is its very interesting and there are many great projects.
