We were required to meet targets within a specific time and had to try different ways to encourage sales to clients.

I was successful at meeting my goals and this was reflected in my commissions pay each week. I worked in a small office, and established friendships with the other co-workers as well.

A typical day at Kelcom consisted of taking inbound sales calls and providing general customer service.  Ive learned many different sales strategies at the same time providing clients with products and services within their means. My co workers at kelcom were very friendly and productive, making us a very strong motivated team.

KELCOM Radio Solutions provides best in class service on solutions including digital and analog two way radios, push-to-talk from radio to cellular, barcode scanners, barcode printers and labels, mobile computers, RFID, wireless LAN infrastructure, broadband and point-to-point.

it was a good job but TBH the training is unpaid and you have to drive back and forth to windsor. 

Ths company has mandatory meeting that you must attend and good luck getting paid for travel expenses.

The turn over rate is high so keep that in mind. the staff are the only reason i stayed.

The Manager, supervisor and owner were all excellent  to work for and with. The training was quick and thorough, as well as easy to grasp the job.I enjoyed working there tremendously.

Having new ideas is detrimental to keeping your job. These people are set in there ways. It's their way or no way! If you're not a conformist you will get fired!  Was let go because I tried to implement a new idea.

I love my job at Kelcom, it makes going to work everyday easy. Very high stress job though with a lot of competition rather than team work. You gotta have the heart to be in sales.

The position allows many rewards if you are service oriented and a people person, very gratifying to build long lasting solutions for clients and mentoring staff.

In this day and age of technology, you are constantly learning new phones and software. Each day is different, there is constant learning, teaching and problem solving.
