KERNELS EXTRAORDINARY POPCORN

Kernels is a good place to work. It was one of my jobs in high school. Considering the lack of bills and required payments at that age, this is a decent job (certainly not first choice, though). Pay is super low. Hours are ridiculous- I've been called in for 2 hour shifts). Management is kind but difficult to get a hold of. Don't even bother asking for a day or a shift off- you won't get it.

Working at Kernels is very enjoyable and offers many opportunities to advance a variety of your skills. The company provides excellent discounts, a flexible schedule, and a comfortable environment and sense of community.

It’s a good place to work if you’re looking for some sales experience. Steady amount of customers most of the time and a bit of challenge when it comes to working physically. But the management is excellent as the current manager is extremely supportive and listens when you have any issues and does her best to resolve them and make you feel worthy.

This is a great place to work as a first job or student if you are willing to be very productive in a job! Typical day is to; cook, clean, service customers, weigh sugar, cashier.

kernels popcorn is a good environment with nice employees and great management. When working here its not all just about selling popcorn to customers there is more to the job so it is not super boring but it can be a little dull at times.

Single staffed most of the time. Can't go to the bathroom when you want, because it's so busy. Not allowed to take a 30 minute break. They make you split it and take 2, 15 minute breaks in an 8 hour shift.

a typical day consists of a lot of cleaning and a lot of fundraiser bags, it’s a lot of fun to work here. it can be a little rough depending on who you work with, but other than that, everyone is really amazing.

My coworkers were fantastic people but the manager fired me via text. It was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful, I'd be careful before applying there.

Under superior management who allowed me to continually gain new experiences with increasing degrees of responsibility.

its a great way to get your foot in the door you learn many skills like communication and how to handle rushes I loved working there it was an eye open to the work life
