KFC Taco Bell

This is a horrible place to work. They are dirty ,rude and unprofessional.The bosses there will talk about a person behind theyre back to the other employees. They have cockrouches and they have cooked expired chicken and then sold it to customers. We had so many complaints that we didnt have the right ingrediants to make some of the food the people wanted. Some times they would make us use browned lettuce or tomotoes that got frozen when the freezer broken. The owner  doesnt carer about fixing things he just cares about quotas. They blame all these problems on the staff and then when we ask for help we dont get it. What you will get is your hours cut in half for dareing to go against the manager or owner. They dont give raises . In 2 years of working there the most i made was 300$ in a month. Nomatter how hard i worked or how much i covered for other peoples shifts i never got a chance to move up but the people i trained did for some reason.I ended up on stress leave for 30 days . Icalled my job to see if i would still be on the schedgule,I was told that there was a termination letter for me waiting in the safe. I will be getting it with my last pay check.I was told this on january 12 my stress leave doesnt end until january 23/2015. So no i did not enjoy working there at all. I worn others to stay away from there the things they do are not safe . They do not treat theyre employees with respect.i would never work there again not even in a different city.

So my day would begin by going there and counting the cash register to make sure there is only a $100 in it. After that was done, I would help make the salads and fry the food (i.e. apple pie, nachos, tacos etc.). By the time all that was done the customers began to come in. I took their orders. If I was done taking all the orders, I would help my co-workers make the orders as well. When the rush hour was done, I would go and clean the dining area (both sweep and mop). The best thing I learned was how to communicate well and effectively with not only my customers but my co-workers as well. The most enjoyable part of the job was communicating with different types of people all day. I actually enjoyed working there a lot so did not find anything that was hard.

I worked full time at KFC with almost 80 hrs of work time. I learned how to be a good follower and be a good team leader. The management was good but some of the job they assigned was outside my job description. My co-workers were good. I met different kinds of people while I was working. The hardest part of my job so far was when I need to compromise my work ethics in the job in order to follow the manager the job that shouldn't be part of my job. The most enjoyable part was about the co-workers who shared their experiences and gave me advice throughout my work.

my typical day is working everyday..i've learned a lot from all my experience and i boost my confidence to meet a lot of people and i learned to manage my work time and to appreciate everything that i have right now.i enjoy meeting new friends and co worker specially dealing with them even we are different nationality.every work is hard specially if you do not like what you are doing..the most enjoyable part of my job is payday ..

Only real good thing was the coworkers they where nice but the managers always got on everyone's bad side there was one good one but he's been gone for a while but I would suggest not working there unless you are desperate

Manage daily activities and schedule of workers. Training the employees and dealing with new challenges everyday. Learned great customer service skills. Easy to know co-workers to a point where it was comfortable to talk to them and learn from them. A variety of tasks provided many new challenges but the entire experience was enjoyable.

The learning process and getting accustom to the work environment is fairly easy and quick however the job can be very fast-paced throughout certain days and certain hours of the day. In sum, the job mostly got mentally draining due to the customers  however, management and the colleagues you work alongside with are fun and very helpful.

Good job if you’ve never worked anywhere before. However, work environment is toxic to say the least. Lot of gossip and mistreatment especially when you’re a different ethnicity than the majority. Difficult to get days off, environment is dirty and has been infested with bugs and mice on countless occasions

If you have the ability to do 2-3 people’s job all by yourself, then this is the perfect place for you to work. Got yelled at number of times for no reason, worked there for 1.5 years and left with no recognition. Too toxic for minimum wage!

Very flexible shift, free meals, not much for career advancement, fast paced, exposure to deep fryer, walk in freezer, grills, and thawing machine. Decent part time job for students who wants extra money, no strict expectations,
