This is an extremely toxic, micromanaged workplace with controlling leadership, zero training, and no real support. Employees are expected to perform without guidance, then blamed or gaslit when things go wrong. The culture is cliquish and dishonest, HR exists only to shield management, and favoritism is rampant. Pay is poor, workloads are unreasonable, and there is no respect, transparency, or opportunity for growth. Morale is consistently low, turnover is high, and employees are treated as disposable rather than valued.
The most enjoyable part of the job was the end of the day when it was time to go home and escape the madness.

The worst environment I have ever worked in, A typical day was not knowing if you would have a job the following day.I learned not to voice my opinion in fear of losing my job.Management is run by a clique of people who usually didn,t have a clue how to delegate the workforce..My co workers for the most part were hard working people who managed to get the job done despite management.The hardest part of the job was watching and feeling the depressed atmosphere in the plant.The most enjoyable part of the job was working with my fellow labourers on the weld line... and quitting time.

KI fosters a toxic work environment. Very little training. Very insecure trade staff. 
The hardest part of the job was dealing with under educated staff.

Not a good company for any tradesman with experience 
Constantly undervalued by under educated staff
No direction, large staff turn over. No quiet clean environments for breaks and lunch.
Unrealistic expectation for working outside your discipline.

A lot of hard work. 10 hour or longer shifts everyday in steel toe boots and constantly standing in the same place for long periods of time doing the same thing; welding or putting something together.

Day consist to manufacture large quantity of filing cabinet.

Learned extensive method of Lean manufacturing.

Hard part of the job was to lay off people

long 10 hour shifts in the summer, very hot inside, very repetitive job duties standing on a cement floor, lean manufacturing- you have to make a certain number of the product per hour. layoffs when orders drop.

KI was a difficult place to work, long hours, extreme heat in the building.  Salary and benefits were adequate.  Management is a challenge sometimes depending which job you are doing.

worked there for 18 years the place was not secure employment ( some week I would only work 2 days) co worker were great but management had 1 train of though there way or the highway

Mostly standing type of job. always busy. The people are super nice able to help. Learning a new trade was best experience for me.

lost for words here , no life, no balance. they do not care,  very very long hours, 10h days for 8 months, working in 35 % pluss in summer with little or no heat breaks
