I have (3) colleagues that I highly respect. 
One is a dealership manager, one sales colleague and past controller. 

Sadly, a few managers have favourites, do not distribute the leads fairly. Seem to have a difficulty treating a women equally and fairly in sales. Too much attention is going on one make masalesperson.

For the two months I worked there it seemed ok, I had easy work and once in a while there was the disgusting car that I had to clean, wether it was by myself or with another retailer. I found it was decent pay for the easier work I was doing ther, for the dirtier work or extra work I was doing I had started to think that I should get paid more than minimum wage.

Based on my own experience there is no stability at this dealership, a lot's of unlawful approach by sales managers. Some of the salespeople are using overpower including stealing the leads from the other sales representatives for the monetary advantages also with the support from management. It is not honest dealership.

What is the best part of working at the company?
There wasn't anything best of this job it was a job


What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Everything  was stressful to much work 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
They scamming people  and lie 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
None stop working there no break

I love working for KIA, its fun and  it could be stressful some times but work is not stress full.

I love the people here they are like my family, I have been here for about 6 years not, and i can honestly say its one of my best moment.

It is a great place to work in Ottawa with all the company benefits. There is a chance to grow within the company and always provide motivation to grow and take the opportunity to learn advance things. 

Strong team atmosphere with an excellent management team that has many years of experience in the car industry and continues to move forward with the constant changing climate in the industry. 

For my first full time job, working at Kia wasn't bad. I got paid over minimum wage to wash cars.  the Staff treated me well and not a bad word can be said about the company

Always had great experiences with co-workers and management. Everyone enjoyed the company of one another and the unification from that brought in a strong team dynamic.    

Was a good summer gig, paid well for the work provided staff was friendly and helpful. Lots of enjoyable driving around the city to pick up & drop off customer vehicles
