I worked 2 months as product advisor. 
I never learned and i never talked with customers in 8 weeks. They hired me then tried me to sales call whole day. Once i make an appointment some one helped me and commission is split. Also two managers are really bad they don’t know anything and they don’t know how to manage the team. Sales call bring all customers in store then senior sales people helped me 
Please do not apple here and olympic auto group. 
Please don’t work here. Not only manager other sales people also didn’t help me really horrible place . And they wanted me to buy pizza without reason.

Not friendly atmosphere, very week management, like low level garage; and very stressful location. Management only think and work only for money. 
If one day you want to work there, please will read your employment contract very carefully (first day), and receive consult with one expert person, as the things in the contract is clear for you and in your benefit.  
From first week I began my job there, I understood should change my working place


This position has taught me how to take my people skills and public speaking skills to another level where I found more confidence to transcend that attribute to other parts and aspects in my life. The learning curve isn't clear but obvious in the first few weeks at the dealership. Obstacles and interruptions happen regularly to teach me how to be adaptive and the feeling at the end of all the phone calls, conversations and words to make a deal make it all worth while.

Very friendly and productive work environment. Based on my personal experience, I can say that the company is attentive and supportive to different life situations of employees.  Also, I should say that my work was appreciated and I got a promotion within the company. To sum up, I can say that for me working at Kia Vancouver turned out to be a good choice.

Be prepared to be overworked and under appreciated. Don’t be surprised if you don’t get paid if you leave the company. 

6-day work week, if you take a sick day it counts as a day off and they expect you to make up for it. 

Expect micromanagement and to be insulted or told that if you don’t like it, you can leave

Be very careful with the claims of what they say you will make as a Finance Manager, heavy turnover in the office because of this and toxic environment to work within.  Do your homework on this company, check the legal name for reviews as well from past employees.

Been here for about 6 months, started from scratch not knowing anything about cars.
Was trained from management in high level sales techniques, and have slowly increased sales production month over month.

Great group of guys and girls to work with. Always kept light mood and had fun but also had great work ethic. and positive vibrant attitude. Great p[lace for advancement and appriciation is showed for your hard work!

We had three service managers in the one year I worked there. The owner tried to make the staff pay for the coffee the customers were drinking, and then threatened to fire anyone who complained to the labour board about it. Steer clear of any of the Olympic dealers.

Work environment at the time was toxic, need more leaders and positive feedback to employees who actually work hard. The wage could be more higher as there are many tasks to do in a day, also catering to all staff and customers.
