I have had the privilege of being part of the exceptional team at Kidz autism and Speech Clinic as a Communicative Disorder Assistant, and my experience has been nothing short of inspiring. From day one during my placements, it has been evident that this organization prioritizes not only the well-being of its clients but also the growth and satisfaction of its employees.

Working alongside dedicated professionals who are passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with communicative disorders has been truly rewarding. The collaborative environment fosters innovation and encourages continuous learning, allowing me to expand my skill set and deepen my understanding of speech and language disorders. The owner & clinical director is extremely knowledgeable in her filed of practice. The co-owner is really helpful with day to day management issues.  

Each client is treated with dignity and respect, and their unique needs are carefully considered in the development of individualized therapy plans. This client-centered approach not only yields remarkable results but also fosters a sense of trust and connection between clients and therapists. The clinic owners monitors our performance and give positive feedback and criticisms as needed. 

Moreover, the support and mentorship provided by the director have been invaluable in my professional development journey. 

Overall, my experience at this clinic has been incredibly fulfilling, both personally and professionally. I am grateful for the opportunity to be part of a team that is making a difference in the lives of others and look forward to many more rewarding experiences ahead.

Beautifully organized clinic with lot of therapy materials.  Clinic director and main SLP is very friendly and professional.  She spent some quality time with me to learn about my weakness and strengths and boost my confidence by giving proper training in different areas of my field and gave me a lot of opportunity to shadow other clinicians. All of them were really helpful and friendly. 

This company really cares about their clients and employees in the same way.  Very dedicated professionals and the management was always helpful.  All my clients and families were lovely too.  I will really miss you all, the only reason I have to leave this place is we are re-locating to a different place. 

Company cares about their clients & employees, give us opportunity to grow and it is totally stress free environment with positive energy & thoughts. All the people working behind this company are dedicated. The director really cares about the well being of her staff and clients. From my little knowledge, I found out that they are passionate about what they do and gives 100% to it. They are not a money grabbing company. They deliver quality output for what you pay.  I was offered a competitive pay and flexible hours.  Owner goes above & beyond to help everyone. Highly recommend this place.  

I'm with this company since they opened their first branch in Whitby, very satisfied with the work environment. Dedicated bunch of professionals ! They do not compromise in their work ethics.  Very accommodating for both clients and staff member's. I had referred few of my family members for services and everyone is really happy about their care and support. 

If you are looking for only money and you don't have any passion nor honesty, this place is not for you but if you are willing to learn and share your knowledge and work smart, this place is the right fit. 

Overall really pleased with this company after working with lot of companies who claim to be the best. This company really cares about the quality of service than quantity, they take cases only they can manage with quality care. Gives lot of training and shadowing opportunities to employees. Owner is very understanding and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this clinic. 

Really happy that i got an opportunity to work here. The clinical director and supervisor is very knowledgeable and will train you the best. You can always reach out to them for any help or support, Very good pay compared to other clinics. Management is very helpful and does t do any micro management. Highly recommend anyone to apply here . You will have lot of career growth in terms of knowledge and experience 

As soon as I started half of my caseload given to me were clients who had ended services (the clinical director was unaware). The last updates made to programming was AGES ago, with very outdated goals. Therapists had not been given consistent supervision and the BCBA on the team is nowhere to be found. No support for this at all and often left with unanswered calls. Wage is very low compared to other agencies in the GTA and you do not get payed for normal supervisory tasks like: program creation, assessments, etc. 


Best clinic to learn about Autism Spectrum disorders and the management approaches.  All the staffs are highly trained and passionate in what they do.   Most of the other clinics, I worked care about money, this clinic care about quality of services and patient outcome. 

They pay their employees on a timely manner and their pay is excellent compare to other competitors.  Company owner cares about her employees and their well being. Anytime you can reach her and ask any questions you have and she will try her best to provide a solution for the same. Flexible schedule. 

Company care about their clients and family. Very patient centric approach. Quality services for very reasonable fees. They provide trustworthy and evidence based intervention on a timely manner.
