The saying is "if you love what you do, you'll never work a day in your life". That statement could not be more true about Kingston Dodge. Once you're here, you're part of a family of people who genuinely care about one another, and that feeling radiates though the building on a daily basis. I could not imagine a better place to start and/or finish a career than Kingston Dodge!

I have spent the last 2 years working for Kingston Dodge as a Business Development Representative. The only reason I am leaving is that I have found another opportunity that aligns a little better with my future goals, but I am sad to go. This dealership is family run and I have had nothing but phenomenal experiences with both management and the employees working here. There is a very vibrant energy that runs throughout the dealership and you really start to feel like family and create tight bonds with those around you. I highly recommend working here for anyone who wants to feel like they are a part of something great. There is always someone there when you need help in each department, and they are always open and welcoming to suggestions you may have which is very admirable in a company. The salary and benefits are also great, but realistically it was just a bonus for what you really get from working in an environment like this. Highly recommend if you are looking to work at a dealership, this is the place!

Kingston Dodge has been an amazing workplace thus far and I'm so glad I made the choice to come here. 

Each department works in harmony to make sure customers get the best experience possible; and management is experienced in their fields but still remain open to new ideas/suggestions.

Hard work at Kingston Dodge never seems to go unnoticed by management, and my salary has reflected that (wages are competitive when compared with other dealerships in the area).

Certain times of month can be busier than others, but overall the workload is very manageable! KDC employees are very knowledgeable and always happy to teach new skills in whatever area you may be interested in learning more about.

This is not the first dealership I have worked at, but I would choose Kingston Dodge again in a heartbeat!

I enjoyed a short time at KDC but in this time everyone was Amazing! From management to sales to service and to the parts department, they are all wonderful, helpful people who would do whatever it takes to make your time with them great. I found everyone to be supportive and helpful. The parts department does a big job with just a few people and I was proud to be a part of it. I will forever seek service from these Ladies and Gentlemen even though I don't drive a Dodge yet!! Mechanics and techs are all knowledgeable and friendly with all makes. There are a lot of bad dealerships in Kingston, but Kingston Dodge is not one of them. Excellent place to work with a good starting salary and solid benefits. As a young aspiring car guy, this place has given me the opportunity to learn lots about the interworking's of the automotive world, and has given me the opportunity to be around some very cool vehicles. 

Current management is solid, and everyone gets along well. I would not hesitate to recommend a job at Kingston Dodge to a friend. 

The job itself is great, car sales is a fantastic career path. The starting salary here is also very good and is a great way to get into the industry. The problem arises with certain members of the sales management team never doing their job efficiently, and always making big deals out of little situations and blaming their own mistakes on those that they don't personally like. Unfortunately, this ruins the experience for both the sales staff,and more importantly the consumers.

Kind group of staff to work with. New experiences with all different kinds of vehicles and people (Customers & staff) Probably room to grow in the company if you stick around and do a decent job. I had support learning new tasks in my position. I enjoyed driving a lot more than warranty work. Maybe partly because of COVID but there wasn’t too much of either, making the position slow/boring sometimes & pay/hours not enough for my needs.

For an Automotive student that has finished school and is ready to take what he has learned and apply it to the real world, Kingston Dodge has become a very rewarding experience. I've learned many lessons and experienced things that you can't have in a classroom setting. I'm very pleased with my opportunity with the Kingston Dodge team and very much look forward to growing my career with them.


A typical day at Kingston Dodge was good, some of the staff was nice and you could make friends easily, but most of the staff and management treated you like dirt on the floor and would hound you for stupid reasons or no reason at all. I didn't learn much except how to clean a car and be safe with chemicals. The most enjoyable part of the day was getting to talk and laugh with my co-workers while working.

Kingston Dodge has been great! very supportive management that are always encouraging you to excel. Training of day to day processes is thorough.  Every day is different with new challenges to overcome. 

The team really invests in you which is important in any job but is very prevalent here!
